The Second Israeli Conference on Plasma Physics and Applications will be held on March 18, 1999 in Tel Aviv University as a specific section Plasma Physics of the 45th Annual Meeting of the Israel Physical Society.

Members of IPSTA are requested to register at the lobby of Wolfson building, the place where our first meeting took place. Our business meeting will take place at the Tau Auditorium at 14:00-14:30.
