Corel uses Slink (Debian 2.1) as a base, adding its own version of KDE

When it boots it uses standard lilo, in conjunction with non-standard
chain-loader, which gives you a nice boot menu (looks  awfull on big
screen)

To add/remove entries in this menu you can edit /etc/lilo.conf
