ISP doesn't support Linux ?! (RE: Mounting floppy.)

Hi,

Linux supports the same PPP & PAP like Windowz.
So please, explain to "bur and am haaretz kamoni" how some ISP
can prevent Linux from connecting to him?!

Sincerely,
