who invented it, and who "injected" it into the system? this is a damn
shame, I have 40 and 50 year old typewriters with the same layout, who
reinvented the wheel?

and they confuse me on that page... they say it's "the only layout
available" when the one on top has always been there, and is in fact the
standard one that came with Red Hat all the years too. then they say "It
doesn't correspond to the real keyboards used in Israel; a correct
keyboard layout will be provided soon as I receive the needed info.",
what do they mean? the "needed into" is one gif above it!
