I think there IS something big going on here. The word is integration.
Someone has gone through the effort to make using Arabic easy for users.
They download the kit, intall it, and it is done. I think this is where
they deserve credit. Only the dedicated few will struggle through the
outdated HOWTO to get Hebrew working on their system. But package the whole
thing as a RPM, and explain how to toggle the input keyboard mapping - ahah!
