Interbit pushing linux too now.

>From the You-Didn't-ask-so-we-didn't-tell-you Dept.

Interbit (only instruction center in Israel to give official Sun courses
and certificates) are opening up Linux courses, and are sounding it off
in a one day convention at Hotel Daniel at the end of the month:

I just got this from Magic... I know PF1 people are on this list and I
do thank them for giving us some prior notice to decide if and what we
would like to do with it. I think it's a bit too late now, but I
personally would love to attend anyway (only it's a school day).

is anyone going? we'd love to get a report here on the list...

I think Magic is an important company to keep in touch with, but the
above item makes me think: we could use their support and sponsorship,
but thy obviously don't feel like they need our collaboration on
anything. I think this list, with the excellent technical knowledge of
the people on it, can be an added value. something PF1, Magic and
InterBIT would want to tap onto when planning such an event. Maybe to
one day have our little logo on such an announcement saying "Endorsed by
IGLU" or something will be a thing of pride.

am I alone on this? just an idea...

Ira, IGLU.
