Just a couple of things that I would try - not that I know that
any of them work:

1) If you have Corel-Draw try to save the files in any other format
   (what can it handle besides CDR?). If Corel-Draw is not available,

2) Try bringing it up in xv - if xv groks it you are done - just
   save it as postscript or something else.

3) Throw something like anytopnm at it - at worst it will give up.
   If it succeeds though, pnmtops | ps2epsi will make EPS.
