That's not a problem, license-wise.

Then your software will have to be released under the GPL. If you want
to use GNU software and release your program under a different
license, you won't be able to *link* GPLed source code in your
program, but if you can manage to make the GPL code a different
executable and make your main program communicate with this executable
via stdin/stdout, a socket or something else, then it's legal. But you
can't compile GPL code as part of your closed exectable[s].

Release it all under the GPL. ;-)
