Disconnect the cables from the cards, /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S10network restart,
plug the cables back into the cards, test. It could be a 10/100 signalling
problem with your hubs. If that doesn't work, try each system separately
connected to the hub, don't connect them all at once. Also, trade cables
to make sure that a cable attached to a card that doesn't work works with
a card that does work (i.e. test your cables).
