well, it's been 48 hours and no call back to see what's up.

they don't have any 4.3Gig harddisks in stock so i have to wait another
max 3 months to get a disk and this is not acceptable. they offered me to
upgrade the disk, but since i bought the disk for about 200$ 1.7 years ago
i am willing to pay another 100$ for an upgrade to 6.somethingGig. this is
robbery and since i have a 3 years warranty i want them to accept it, and
if they cannot change the disk they should give me another one with size
greater than or equal to the disk i have.

i too am used to buy from them for the last 2.5 years. i was pleased and
recommended them to all my friends, but now i'm done with them.
