Is it a good idea to have yet another mailing list? Not if you ask me.
IMHO the volume of the other groups does not justify it. More then that.
Readers of the existing groups are interested in messages that you consider
appropriate for the new list. Further more, they probably can contribute a lot
to the new list.
I wish that you reconsider your action and not open another list.
BTW: It is still my opinion that the IGLU mailing list should also be merged
again with the old linux-il. Maybe I am either too old or too conservative or
both.
