In addition to all that has been said, note that DHTML is not one
language, or system, or platform, or whatever. From the development
point of view, like ASP, It's an ugly conglomeration of HTML, server
and client-side code in several different (and often misleadingly
similar) languages (all in the same FILE, for crissakes!), lousy
software engineering standards, and terrible standards compliance.
Then agian, everybody's using it today in their e-Business sites.
