Yep, sure it will work(at least I think so :-).
All that your ISP (or whoever you will use for DNS) will have to do
it's to make an alias from host that you want to dydns. In BIND it
will look like this (IIRC)
www.yourhost.co.il. IN CNAME xxxxx.dydns.org.
or in case that you(they) use tinydns (part of djbdns package) :
Cwww.yourhost.co.il:xxxxx.dydns.org:600
(last part is ttl)
