Yes, linux-il-announce is set up so that anyone can subsribe to it
individually, but all linux-il subscribers are automatically
subscribed to it to via Listar's "cc-lists". There are 16 individual
subscribers to linux-il-announce, among them many fellow linux-il
subscribers -- I don't know why they're also subscribed to
linux-il-announce. So when Ira sends his announcements and you get it
two times, unsubscribe from linux-il-announce!
