The problem with Netscape is that it doesn't always accept the setting you
pick for the character set. It prefers taking the character set offered to it
by the site. But if the site says it's ISO-8859-8, it will always take the
Western (ISO-8859-1) selection of fonts, rather than User-defined fonts.

This means that you have to select your Hebrew fonts in the *Western* setting,
not just the User-defined.

I use the fonts from ElMar. I just aliased them all so that they appear both
on ISO-8859-8 and on ISO-8859-1. I suggest you do the same with your courier
(and if you're stealing fonts from Windows, take one of the proportional ones,
like Arial or David).
