I don't know if it's available on-line, but it was posted here by Dani Arbel on
Aug 23, 2000 so should be in the archive, but if you don't find it, let me know
and I'll send it to you privately.
Just remember, that there is one change to make in the originally posted
version. The authentication method Bezeq uses was changed from PAP to CHAP.

It's not a dialer, but a front-end using Windows Explorer only so it's not
accesable at all by LINUX. You'll find info about how t connect in the HOWTO.
Of course, as I wrote before, this will probably change with the commercial
Bezeq service.
