quick and dirty: a CGI sitting at the root of the virtual web server at
port 80, call it index.cgi and it will be something like this:
#!/bin/bash
echo -e "Location:http://mail.orotlev.com:8100/\n\n"
(this is what I use to jump to /IGLU on our website)
the right way to do it is wth the redirection module of Apache.
somewhere under http://iglu.org.il/mirrors/apache
though I recommend AGAINST running anything like a web server on the
mail server unless it's inside an intranet.
also why the weird port number and not port 80?

are you talking about the hosts file of a zone file for the domain?
if this is etc/hosts it's the wrong syntax, use:
192.168.1.62 orotlev.com
if a zone file, it's still the wrong syntax. the named.conf points at
the file, already dictating it's origin is orotlev.com, so entries must
be relative to the origin, like so:
@ IN A 192.168.1.62
mail IN A 192.168.1.62
www IN A 192.168.1.63
@ IN MX 10 mail
or absolute, like so (not the dot at the end!!)
orotlev.com. IN A 192.168.1.62
mail.orotlev.com. IN A 192.168.1.62
www.orotlev.com. IN A 192.168.1.62
orotlev.com. IN MX 10 mail.ortolev.com.
or a mix of these, any way you find it more readable.
but in general, RTFM.
