Re: Mouse vs. rh 5.2



I'm not sure if that is the problem, but I had a similar problem once,
where I switch my mouse for bus mouse to ps/2 and it wasn't recognised by
the x server anymore because it couldn't find it.

It was under debian so I am not sure if its the same thing.

Check if you x server (XF86Config, I think under /etc/X11) is using
/dev/mouse. If so check if the symbolic link is pointing to the right
mouse port.
Also check if the xserver is using the right driver.
