Try 

rpm -evv nmh-1.0-2

for a more detailed message, also try

rpm --verify nmh-1.0-2

and the various query options to see if there is anything wrong
with the installed package. Consult man rpm for details, and
find "Maximum RPM" in the guts of the Red Hat site for more detailed
info.
