Well, why don't you listen to the warnings??
Start by turning off ALL the power saving modes in your BIOS, and see if you
still have problems. In many occasions, some BIOSes/drivers/OS's have bugs in
their power saving code. If you don't really need this, esp. if this is a
server that is on 24h/day, do yourself a favour and turn it off for good.
