I fear rest of Israeli online computer shops are not much better. I tried
to buy at Plonter, and it took them 3 days to say me that the disk I've
ordered is unavailable (that's why they have computerized system - to
manually check every time if the part is present!) and I should go to the
site and start a new order and do everything from very start. They have
pretty new definition of the word "service", it seems to me... I only
imagine how much time would it take to them to replace part.
