I agree with yba.

I thought that it was agreed in the meeting that there is no need to
involve the registrar. DNS re-configuration should meet all of the
needs, and nothing else is needed.

Moreover, even if you must have your own DNS near to you, you still
can do it without changing owners, but only the registered name-
servers.

After all, the owner in this case is not a sucking domain squator,
but a friend with full loyality to Linux and to ILUG (or IGLU, don't
flame me for that...).

(don't forget that we even don't have an "Amuta", so even if we cange
the owner, it meens another person instead of yba; I don't see the
difference between yba as the official owner, or Ira, or whatever. It
would make sense only if we had an Amuta, and seeing the problems
with "Amutot-Barak", I thank God we don't have our own source for
problems...).
