Re: Which ftp sites might be willing to store an unofficial debian package?

I am aware to www.debian.org/devel/help and also to
www.internatif.org/bortzmeyer/debian/sponsor/. This last page contain a form
to be filled by devels who agree to sponsor applicants, but I can not seem to
be able to find where the list of these devels is kept. I am going to email
about me looking for a sponsor to debian-mentors@lists.debian.org and ask them
about that list as well.

In any case Ira agreed to put it on ftp.linux.org.il/pub/IGLU-dev/shaulk. Can
debian users test it? I believe you'll find it useful, it is a man pages
viwer. Do you think it is a good idea to ask other debian users who install it
to email me that they want to have this package in the distro? I hope that
being able to say that people look for this package would increase my chances
to become a devel.

One last thing is that there seems to be a change in the closeness of the new
maintainer matter. Check www.debian.org/News/weekly/2000/5 for more details.
