The @linux.org.il address just forwards everything to the
@cs.huji.ac.il address, so these are not two separate lists.

You get the messages twice because you're subscribed with both of your
e-mail addresses. You should set one of them to VACATION mode, so that
list messages aren't sent to it, but you can still post from that
address. In order to do this, send a message from that address to
linux-il-request@cs.huji.ac.il with the text "set VACATION" inside.
