You cannot just have 128Kbps Point to Point link for NIS 100. You can only
have link to specific numbers that are on their list. This is a big
difference.
They allow for whoever joins this offer only to dial to specific numbers.
These numbers are of licensed ISPs. I don't like this method, since in order
to be a licensed ISP you have to pay a bundle (I don't understand why a
license to be an ISP is required from the ministry of communications - it
damages the freedom of the market). This type of license is not required in
the U.S. I wonder whether they have the restriction of this offer only for
dialing to ISPs for technical reasons or for political reasons (don't divide
the cake of incomes to anyone - only to rich people)

Nevertheless it is a great offer !!!
