You can also try to dig in the archives of netscape.public.mozilla.i18n
It was metioned there since the team from IBM which wrote that version
also did the hebrew support for mozilla later.

Not expected at all, AFAIK. From what what I recall they wrote versions
for win32 and os2 (I'm not sure abot AIX).
