Item #1 is OK.
You can't have both #2 and #3 -- either you don't incorporate GPL'd
code, or you open your own source.
If none of these alternatives is an option, you could try making the
GPL's pieces of code into a standalone program, and publish the source
for that. Then, you can interface to that program from your own, closed
source software.
