Subject: regarding ADSL (2nd question)
Ok,
Seems some shouting really helped, and I needed to send a fax and write that
I
want the modem (Girit) and a technician to convert my ISDN line to ADSL
line..
That did the trick :)
worked for me to... ;)
Now, I've seen some FAQ's floating around regarding ADSL. Anyone have a URL
for
a good howto?
try http://www.rhapsodyk.net/adsl/HOWTO/index.html.en
Also, from my understanding, it seems that Internet Zahav is the fastest ISP
currently. Anyone knows another ISP (Barak is nice, but they loose route
many
times in a day).
seems lime they are also the only one's with a price table....netvision are
not selling adsl yet, bezeqint aren't either...(only experimental)
Another question: Since I will not be able to use their dialler, how can I
select an ISP each time I connect or want to switch provider?
dialer is a problem...how about dedicating a simple machine just for the
connection ? an old P 100Mhz will do... (win win95 or something...)
Thanks
