MindTerm gives me a simple way to configure my computer through a

Sarcasm aside, now.
Simply Install the linuxconf package from the Mandrake CD, run linuxconf
in the console or in X to enable web access (config->networking-><something>)
and uncomment the linuxconf line in /etc/inetd.conf .
DrakConf is not an independent tool. It is simply a menu (much like
"setup" ).
I think that most of those tools run from the console as well.
