Do they have a patent on their GUI organisation? If not, what prohibits
you from making GUI of similiar organisaion, while not infringing CP's
rights on pictures, writings, etc. stuff?

For ipchains-ing I use gfcc - it gives enough info to see all the pciture
and is a nice GUI.
Main thing that is lacking for Linux is indeed good VPNing. One with ready
dumb-user-friendly clients, too. I hope those are on the way.
