Actually I have already reported it to this list...

Basically you have to build the nsprpub subtree with LC_TIME=C or similar.

BTW: (again, for those who don't read mozilla.i18n): there is a new
version of the bidi source available (from the same location). I
downloaded and built it, however, I don't see any bidi support in it.
I guess this is some stupid mistake (perhaps by me), but I haven't had the
time to dig in much farther.
