If you really want to go this way, it is possible: send a subscribe message
for that address, and you'll get a verification message. Then send, from
anywhere, email with the appropriate verification number (or whatever) and
"From:" line (easy to fake - e.g., just use Netscape and change the "your
email" preference).

This should work, assuming that the @msg.pelephone.co.il address really sends
the entire message (and not just headers) to you. I'll be surprised if it
actually sends the entire message, since a typical message can be dozens of
SMS-length long.... But if it doesn't send you the entire message, what will
you gain by forwarding the mailing list to that address?? I hope you're not
planning on SMS-bombing someone else with annoying Linux-related messages ;)

This is obviously the best solution, as they can add your address easily.
Remember, though, that you'll have the same problem when you choose to
unsubscribe from the list.

To unsubscribe, send mail to linux-il-request@linux.org.il with
the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command
echo unsubscribe | mail linux-il-request@linux.org.il
