It is not fully checked-in yet, as far as I can tell.

A simpler thing is to follow the instructions
http://mozilla.org/build/distribution.html and build a "distribtions"
tarball.
The easiest thing to start with is the existing SRPMs of mozilla .
Maybe I'll try it later this week.
