I don't think it's a Tulip-based card. The tulip driver just works
with a few other chiptsets too. I had not a long ago a no-name card
whose manufacturer was identified by lspci as "Macronix". A quick
search on the net turned up that it's supported by the tulip driver,
and indeed once I modprobe'd tulip it showed right up. And I don't
think this card is based on the DEC Tulip chipset, even just because
it costs about as much as a moderate-sized bag of tomatoes.
