If I remember correctly, Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't mean anything special
to X. You can just map it using your Window manager's standard method of
mapping keys, e.g., to the command "poweroff", or something like that.
I have the following in my .ctwmrc:
"KP_Delete" = c m : all : !"neaper exit"
(you might need to replace KP_Delete with Delete or KP_Decimal, I don't know,
and change the command).
