  Write a wrapper script around adduser to change the permissions. Note that
there is a secutiry issue here, because any files with read-to-all
permissions in the user's home directory will actually be accisible. I
suggest leaving 700 as the default and only users who need a homepage and
understand permissions will change their homedir to 711.
