In short,
Konqueror supports viewing Logical and Visual Hebrew sites.
For the rest of KDE, there's no BiDi - you'd be inputing Logical text
from left to right. biditext might provide sufficient Hebrew support
for tasks like chatting, but not for editing.
The supplied Hebrew translations are already reversed (Visual), so you
can see Hebrew menus and dialogs even though there's no real BiDi.
