Presonally, I use LyX for all my text processing needs. LyX is a graphical
frontend for LaTeX. That means that you get all the power of LaTeX, with a
nice GUI. LyX (and underlying LaTeX) support Hebrew well, however make sure
that your LaTeX is hebrew-enabled.
