What is tex2ps?
What TeX distribution do you use ?
What LyX version do you use?

Me, and many others. Both with tetex on linux and miktex on win32 (the
latter may be a bit tricky to set up, as you'll need an X server, you'll
also need to disable numbers support in hebrew: a known , untraced bug of
lyx/win32)
I set the latex->dvi command to be 'elatex' (instead of the default
'latex'). The default command for dvi->ps is dvips, and I have had no
problems with this stage before.
