What happens if MS-Windows 3.11 with TCP/IP is used on the 386?

There is no IGLU Cabal. Most of the former members were offended at the
one with crazy ideas, for daring to suggest that MS-DOS 1.0 be installed
to diagnose a really obscure hardware problem.
