Did you apply the quota fix from RedHat's errata for RedHat Linux 7.1?

(I'm not familiar with this problem -- this is just something I found
up from a quick search on RedHat's site.)
Going through the whole errata is a good idea, since it might
contain security or stability fixes. You can find it at:
