Hi Nadav,
Unfortunately, many Israeli companies are so much captured in a
Microsoft-centric world that they don't know anything but Word exists.
For example, I sent a letter in Hebrew to a certain company a while ago.
I sent it in PDF format. They sent me a reply, which was an empty email
message, including a DOC attachment. This Word file included one line
(in English!) saying: "You have sent us a file in a non-standard format;
please resend in the standard Word format". What I did do is simply send
it to them by fax (no, they didn't request a specific MS-Fax format :-)
Gavrie.
