Re: masquerading woes with icq
Hi mulix
I've experienced one of the problems that you mentioned , 2 - keeps getting
old messages - when using licq, it seems like the icq servers only support
the 2000 protocol "well" now, so older versions might have some problems..
However after logging to my account using the ICQ.com java client and reading
those messages, it seems like the problem is gone.
So you might want to try to upgrade the client first before blaming your
masquerading setup.
Also try to check the LICQ mailing list archive, there are some threads about
such problems there as well..
