Oh, I thought this was a reply from spamcop.

If that was a reply from Internet Zahav, it is detailed and accurate, but
somewhat unfair and missing one important point: almost all of the spam
was sent using their dialup account, and even if that was done through
bezeknet (was it? Only one of the spams carried a bezeknet address) they
should be able to either have bezeknet be accountable for its users, or
filter port 25 for bezeknet users...
Also, fixfax.co.il is running on a Internet Zahav connection. fixfax
is almost certainly a heavy Internet user (since it's main business is
sending faxes by email), and that is probably using Internet Zahav too
(though I can't prove that). So Internet Zahav must have a strong leverage
on stopping fixfax's spamming. If this guy spits in the well from which
he's drinking (i.e., abusing Internet Zahav to spam when he depends on them
for his business), he should be forced to drink it all :)

Complaining to canada.com, for example, will do you no good: this spam invites
people to see "www.fixfax.co.il". They couldn't care less if the reply
address is cancelled, because they don't even want or need people to reply
to the spam. In fact, he could use an address "nobody@nowhere.com" for
a reply address (see www.nowhere.com :)). What then? Will Internet Zahav
recommend that you comlain to them too? :)
