Hi, guy!

Just wanted to confirm the report -- at work we have an ADSL
connection, and after their changes which occured two weeks ago in our
area, it has been very flaky until three days ago it stopped working
completely, in the manner that guy has described. It took us a massive
amount of time and effort to have a technician sent to us (and by the
way, they didn't want to hear about Linux at all), but it was fixed in
a matter of minutes after a phone call from the technician from our
place. I suppose by now they are already much better familiar with the
problem, and it takes much less sweat & blood to convince them that it
exists and to get them to fix it.
