Let me answer this one.
The Relay numbers correspond to outgoing ATM channels. Bezeq only supplies 
a single channel per connection, so you cannot use more than a single Relay 
at a time. (I have actually tried this, just to make sure).
If you want to share an internet connection (rather than get several unique 
ISP ip addresses) you can use masquerading, where one machine acts as a 
gateway (see relevant FAQs)
