Hi

is your Exchange server defined as Mx record ? 
try to put brackets, i.e.

###### /etc/mail/mailertable
#
	[my.exchane.server.com]



then, you should do 'makemap hash /etc/mail/mailertable.db <
/etc/mail/mailertable'
