It can be either way - if you don't have QT 3 - then you can use what comes 
with Hancom office (the static version). If you have QT 3 installed (from 
your distribution, from KDE, or a one that you downloaded & compiled) - then 
you can use it instead of what comes with Hancom office, so it's not a 
problem.

Yes, from personal replies I get it seems that hebrew menus and online help 
is not very useful to people here.

Hmm, didn't think of that - but I think I can talk to them to release the 
format specs...
