What is "it"? What environment? What distro?
One guess:
Have a look at /etc/gtk/gtkrc.he or something similar

"menu" is one of the Elmar fonts. They come as a package of Mandrake (as
of 7.2, IIRC). Alternatively you can download the original package from
Eli Marmor's site, or download it in an rpm. See the IGLU faq r
