Actually, I already played with MTU/MRU and various pppd options.
As for windows, the MaxMTU registry key was missing and I don't know
default windows's MTU/MRU, so i decided to set it "1500" and see
what will happen, and it worked fine there :-/

Interesting thing happens in so-called "coyote linux". After it
connects to 012, If I'm pinging prowider's IP or their DNS serdvers,
i receive just ONE reply (i guess the first one), no matter how
many times it pings.
