Happy new year time ;)

Hi people,

And once again - it's time to tell everyone a happy new year...

But before that - lets conclude what happend to us..

In the world wide scene in Linux terms - we've seen the economy falls, and
Linux companies getting closed very fast. Some (like Eazel) who didn't have a
decent business plan have been just burned their money and faded away -
others have closed because the RMS way (free/open source software, make money
on support/services) was not real or was real for a very small amount of
companies (like Red Hat). It is too bad that companies didn't ask why
Microsoft doesn't do support - it's simple: there is almost 0% profit in
support.

Last year many people of us has found themselves (like yours trully), without
a job, and those who have a job are looking more and more about the company
financial figures - not to find themselves out of job. Many companies had cut
their employees salaries by 5-20%.

I do hope that this upcoming year will be more succsesfull then the last one.
I hope we'll have a better political situation then last year, and I pray to
god - that we will have here more jobs for the thousands of unemployed
developers, and other hi-tech people.

Shana Tova to you all - ?????? ???? ???
