Do follow the link for the `Read More...' on my announcement on IGLU front
page about the June 13th Bar-Ilan meeting and make your comments. After giving
details about the meeting central topic you will find information about
Bar-Ilan university current plans for the Linux meetings.
I was given this information in order to get comments. An appropriate form for
these comments might be linux-biu@linux.org.il.
Basically it asks for comments about:
1. Possible biweekly meetings during the academic summer vacation. Any kind of
comments, ranging from `I am interested to attend, do let me have more
information' and up to `Can I talk about my favorable topic on a given date?'
are desirable in my view.
2. The university might make its next year beginners series unavailable for
the general public, claiming that questions from non Bar-Ilan students take
precious time from the students. In my opinion this is a wrong thing to do.
Here again, any kind of comment, ranging from `I am looking to attend a
beginner series' and up to `I believe there were hardly non Bar-Ilan students
on this year series. There fore, letting everyone attend the beginner series
just gives the university free good public relations' seems to me appropriate.

Hillel used to say: If I am not for myself who will be for me?
Yet, if I am for myself only, what am I? And if not now, when?
