Yes, However, one can buy Electronic copies of at least some of the books
on CD-ROM. The Technion's EE faculty used to have a large number of
O'Reilly and non O'Reilly books on one of its web-servers. I think it is
still there but it's no-longer available to students only to staff.

It was actually quite readable as HTML. I don't remember seeing there
PostScript/PDF versions, but maybe they are available too.

Naturally, when buying such a thing (I have no idea how) you are not
allowed to put them on-line for all the world to see. But AFA the buyer is
concerned, he has it on his personal web.
