Hi!
When I'm using GNOME on my (newly upgraded) Mandrake 8.0 system, I see the
main (foot) menu scrambled, while the KDE K menu is displayed correctly.
MenuDrake shows the menu in its proper order, and after I run it as root
and saved the menu, It is still not shown correctly.
I tried to start with a fresh .gnome directory, but it still does not
work. I remember that problem back from Mandrake 7.2, where it was still
apparent.
What should I do to fix it?
I am using Mandrake 8.0 on a Pentium III computer with 64 MB of RAM and
1GB of swap. Everything is as shiped with Mandrake 8.0 (GNOME 1.4, Kernel
2.4.3, etc.). My graphics cards is a GeForce 2 one.
TIA,
Shlomi Fish
