The important thing is client's modifiability of the algorithms.
I understand that the applications are statically linked, so the user
doesn't have to install his own QT3 to use the office suite.
This may cause problems in upgrading the BiDi algorithm in the future.

Since you insist:
2. For me personally, localization is not important. For interoperability
in the office with people, who don't have as good command of English,
it would be nice to be able to get them to use the software, and this
means localization.
3. Windows version is not important for me at all.

No, procedures for reading and writing the files in their own format. So
that I can develop a vertical application, which will create a document in
their format.

There is no IGLU Cabal. They were statically linked, and as a result
their links broke due to the strain, which accumulated over time due to
changing circumstances.
