You can try mapping other keys, although I'm not sure lyx can capture
Ctrl-shft.
Actually, if you have such a mapping, you'll have to modify some useful
keybindings such as Ctrl-Shift-D (update dvi). lyx is one of the programs
that does use Ctrl-Shift.
