when the documentatin sais that an option is experimental, it means that
in order to be able to use it, you must choose the 'suggest experimental
featuers' (or 'code maturity options' or some similar wording) that is the
first option presented to you when you run 'make menuconfig'. after that
is eanbled, then in the menu used to configure netfilter, you'll see an
option to compile the ip queue module.
