for anyone who is interested - you can call Nezeq at 199 and tell them you
don't want the **upgrade** from 2MB to 1.5MB - that must be a new definition
of **upgrade** - when service is REDUCED by 25% :-(
I called the day I say the advertisement in the newspaper and was promised they
will not change my downlink speed. I guess I'll have to test it every so often
- I don't believe anything they say.
