RE: Weird CD Problem
Hi,
according to the first question to uninstall the sound card you have to
remove the lines regarding to the sound modules from /etc/conf.modules and
if you have installed your soundcard with sndconfig and its isapnp remove
the lines from /etc/isapnp.conf.
according to the second question, when you remove your soundcard and at
boot time this (kudzu) will ask you to re-add the modules click on No or
Never (I cant remeber the option) and this wont ask you again.
