Well, in that case - I would suggest to you to move to XFS...
Current EXT2 users can wait a little longer (something like a month), until SGI
will go out with XFS final version - and there will be a tool to convert EXT2
partitions to XFS. I don't know about ReiserFS -> XFS conversion, but in that
case I would suggest to you to email SGI people..
