Another Hebrew issue

Hello.

I'm now working on a fresh RH7.1 installation and i've got some strange problems here.
I've installed the RH distro and right after it the hebrew kde package.
I've taken the fonts from my Win2K folder into linux and after ttmk replaced iso8859-9 with iso10646-1.
then I added the font path.
the problems are:
1. when i try to replace the fonts i can replace all the fonts except the fixed width font, then the whole X freezes and I have to reboot.
2. after replacing all the others and setting the system font to iso10646-1 I restar X and get:
** Warning: charset iso10646-1 is not known. using ISO 8859-1 instead.
Xlib: extension "RENDER" missing on display ":0.0".
all over my .xsession-errors file.

of course i dont see any hebrew.
Any ideas on what i did wrong ?
