Hi Tzafrir,
Just my 2 agorot:
I use a GPL mail scanner named Anomy (http://mailtools.anomy.net/),
together with the Kaspersky AVP virus scanner for Linux. AVP is pretty
cheap (around $50 for 1 year of updates), and works like a charm.
