Masquerading problem

Hello.
I have SuSE 7.0 linux and I compiled Kernel 2.2.19
with the following Networking options:

Packet socket
Kernel/User netlink socket
Routing messages
network firewalls
socket Filtering
Unix domain sockets
TCP/IP netowrking
IP: advanced router
IP: verbose route monitoring
IP: firewalling
IP: masquerading
IP: ICMP masquerading
IP: optimize as router not host
IP: TCP syncookie support (not enabled per default)
IP: Allow large windows

when I try to configure the network masquerading with
the ipchains 1.3.9, trying:
ipchains -A FORWARD -s 172.25.25.0/255.255.255.0 -d
0.0.0.0/0 -j MASQ
it says:
"ipchains: No target by that name (Maybe this kernel
doesn't support masquerading?)"
what can I do?
                 Yoni.
