You should download the two files named
enigma-i386-disc1.iso
enigma-i386-disc2.iso
Each one is an "iso" file, i.e., an image of a CD-ROM (including its boot
sector and everything). You need to tell your Windows software to take that
ISO IMAGE and burn it on a CD (you'll have to look in your software on how
this is done. On Linux it is done with the "cdrecord" command).

No, it is probably not. Seawolf (sic) was the nickname of Redhat 7.1. Redhat
7.2 is called "Enigma".
