At sunday in Zombit, I heard that Mircrosoft invested in Corel, and then
Corel went deeeper into linux. Now Word has no competition (at leaast in the
Win32 platform). But Corel is also also one of the biggests programmers of
WINE. So it leads me to 2 points:
1) MS wants to develop a alternative to MS-WORD on the linux platform.
2) MS wants a win32 competitor. WINE. Soon (in 2 to 3243276541 years) WINE
will
be able to fully support win32 programs perfectly.
I must be mistaking here...
PS.
How will the computer world look in 2099? MS is computer. WDM is the
standard for every Microwave, VideoClock and MP3 player. Gates is like a
god. And linux is outlwed. Pronouncing it may bring you into jail. There are
some undergrounds, but in the time they will loose control over the OS since
they can not find the Hawking which gide you through the next wizard. Then
the matrix will start using people as power and left to do is wait for Keanu
Reabs to save us all... (I think I should stop drinkoing, or may be start
drinking more?).
