RE: opem mail relays

Netvision and Bezeqint ARE open relays.

It doesn't mean that everyone can send spam using their servers, but there
is some combination of "helo" and "mail from" that they DO alow to send
mails through. This "hole" can not be caught even by sophisticated relay
tests (http://www.paladincorp.com.au/unix/spam/spamlart/), but it exists. I
did see another mail test that can catch this, but forgot the URL.

( BTW, about 6 monthes ago i bet for a box of bear that it is impossible and
had to buy Heineken and Baltika ).
A friend of mine that works for another Israeli ISP always sends mail
through Netvision mail sever.

Can support an additional information in private.
