What kind of support contract are you looking for? Are you looking for
somebody who will help install and upgrade Linux, set up a network,
fix problems, and stuff like that, or only somebody to answer questions in
the rare case of more complex problems?
I don't know which companies are providing such a service, but I'm sure you
can find a kid, or a student, who wou'd be glad to help you for half the
price a commercial solution would cost. If you really need "full time"
commercial support like you said, this will cost you a huge amount of money
if you use external support services. Are you prepared to pay such prices?

By the way, maybe it's just me, but it strikes me a little odd that a
Kibutz, of all places, will choose to go in such a commercial, "outsourced",
route. I mean, here is a resource that is freely available (Linux), and all
you have to do is train one Kibutz member a bit in it (isn't there any such
kid, or student, or something, in the Kibutz already? Maybe the sysadmin
herself?), and you can save a lot of money. This trained person will also
learn a very valuable (at least now) profession which will surely continue
to benefit the Kibutz in the future.

Just my 8.26 agorot.
