If I reckon correctly, the scandalized piece of criticism was of FSF
Europe, not of RMS or "The FSF". Unless you mean a different one?
In any case, the FSF never liked Sourceforge right from the start,
as evident by Savannah, which goes back quite some time. I think
they have more in disagreement than the current conditions of use.
