Costs money. For myself, I have been using Harbison & Steel's "C - A
Reference Manual" as a pretty good approximation (costs far less
money). The finer/newer points of standards are rarely relevant
[don't flame in this thread - it's a different discussion; do look
in comp.lang.c.moderated].
