Yes, the whole PORT/LISTEN/VIRTUAL-IPS/etc. definition has changed.
There were too many anomalies (e.g. PORT vs. LISTEN vs. host:#), and
the developers resolved them (for example by removing PORT from 2.0).
Unfortunately (for you), I migrated to 2.0, where everything is final,
while the thread of 1.3.* is half-implemented (IIRC), so I can't help
you, except for letting you know that indeed things changed. For more
details, I'm afraid you will have to take a look at the docs (or maybe
at the CHANGES).
