Hi alon,
Sure it will work good, aside from X u can throw everything at it and it
will just keep coming :).
You can run X server on your computer, but it cannot handle more than
one-two tops because of memory requirements, aside from that it holds on
fine because of the linux architecture that gives more cycles to interactive
processes, though it might slow down a bit your other services, but the
network connection should not be affected. Who needs X anyway :)
I have a p90 16mb upgraded to 24mb :) + 1.5gb that does all u mentioned
including the ADSL stuff, though you will probably want to configure the TOS
bit if u r going to use only one card. if u do, just post a new question :)

It should be enough, but you would rather plan on minimum 64 Mb RAM, and
forget about X on the router.

I did it with HP720 . CUPS has a ready driver so you should have no
problem.
