RE: Aduva

check out www.aduva.com
The solution looks very practical and needed. the things is, why would anyone invest 10m$ in that solution at this time?
Please note its not Sinicism, its a question. I would really like to know what is the competitive advantage they offer.
I think that it is very important to accentuate the possibilities linux can offer whenever possible because linux in particular may allow opertunities in these difficult times.

I hope I'm not making an ass of myself, but what are they doing with that
money now? What is their product now?

Last time I heard of Aduva, they had an easy-to-upgrade-and-configure version
of Redhat 6.2, when Redhat 7.0 was already available. Since then they seem
to have fired many (most?) of their employees, and I haven't heard of a
new product. Is it simply because they are focusing on big enterprises,
not end-users, these days?
