did you try just rebooting, and letting kudzu take care of setting things
up? from what i've seen on 3-4 systems, kudzu is quite good at determining
PCI hardware.
so next time, just install all modules and boot the machine - check if
kudzu is able to recognize things up. also use various programs (e.g.
sndconfig) to configure certain features. they seem to work quite ok.
