explanation:

-speed = the speed you want to burn the CD (if you got those 2-3 NIS cheap 
CD-Rs, then don't try to burn more at X10 speed - or there is a good chance 
you can throw away the cd-r media)

-dev=0,0,0 - this is the CD-R device. do: cdrecord -scanbus to detect which 
is yours

roswell<etc> - the ISO image..

Simple, ain't it? ;)
