IGLU raid problems (was: Re: linux.org.il down ?)

and the saga continues..... apprently, someone(?) modified the firewall
scripts and removed the old IP address, without removing the address
itself from the virtual interface on which it was "sitting". thus, the
name server (that happened to send queries _from_ the old address, because
it felt like it) had its queries blocked, and thus accesses would fail.

i disabled this interface (after first accidentally disabling the real
interface... and having actcom's people reboot the machine so i could
access the machine again) - and now _this_ part works.

i say _this_, cause something else stopped working - the ability to mount
the raid file system (with all the mirrors). i think the reason for this
might be something wrong with the new kernel (that was never actually in
use until today, but for some odd reason, was installed as the default and
only kernel) - i.e. the 2.2.19 kernel from redhat.

if anyone has any idea as to why this would happen - please let us know,
so we won't have to scratch all mirrors again and start them all over
again.
