The above article is IBM's Israel Gidaly announcement that they will
work on Hebrew for Open Office (not Star Office). I spoke with him and
he said that the same team who worked on Mozilla will work on this.
He said there is a small legal problem that he hopes will be cleared
soon.

He also said they are willing to cooperate on Emacs-Bidi, so I think
this is now on the hands of Eli.
