Mailertable is ignored

It happend to me 2 times already, i can not use mailertable file in
/etc/mail. Sendmail seems to ignore it.
This is rpm-installed sendmail from RH62 distro, not compiled.
I also have "Kmailertable hash -o /etc/mail/mailertable" record in my
sendmail.cf. This file is default RH62 file with minor changes.

Should i compile sendmail in order to use mailertable.db? Or insert some
forgotten records through m4?
( I have pretty simple configuration: to relay mail for one domain to MS
Exchange and keep mail for another domain in Linux box).

Best Regards,
