Re: Hebrew & Linux from IBM?

Shalom Matitiahu,

First of all I am always very impressed with the work carried out and
sponsered by IBM. Please keep it up!

I wonder if your group has an official road map of what areas you
will spend energy (and funding) in with regards to BiDi in the near
future. Especially I wonder if you can provide us any details of
IBM's possible role in any of the following projects:

* BiDi support for StarOffice.

* BiDi support for Mozilla composer.

* BiDi support for AbiWord.

* BiDi in the wv project (library for reading MicroSoft documents).

* Printing support.

* The contribution of IBM of its Hebrew fonts so that they may be used
  under Linux.

* BiDi support in Gnome or KDE.

* Hebrew calendar for the Linux Citizen/IBM watch. ;-) Oops I got
carried away.

I'm very much looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
