As some of you may be aware several groups came up with ways to sniff
passwords transmitted over SSH based on the times of the arrival of the
packets carrying the individual letters. I thought a workaround for this
problem can be to use software flow control (Ctrl+S and Ctrl+Q) to send
the entire password in one go.
However, when I use Tera Term SSH I see that for every key I type even
after Ctrl+S was pressed, a packet is sent and received on the network. So
my question is: where exactly is the software flow control handled? At the
terminal client or at the terminal server?

Shlomi Fish

does it imply that
1. B is B
2. B is not not-B
