KDevelop uses QT-Designer for the GUI part, which
is nice if you plan on using QT. if you're a GTK+ fanatic, then Glade is for
you. wxWindows also has a nice GUI builder called wxDesigner (DOUGH! ;-). as
you can see - it all depends on what tool kit you want to utilize for the GUI
- I'm sure other tool kits have their own RAD GUI builders.
