Basically, there is Kylix which is Borland's port of Delphi and Borland
C++ to Linux. For more information, check:

KDevelop is quite similar in spirit and in look-n-feel to Visual C++ or
Borland C++, so you might find it usable. I personally don't use such IDEs
when I work on Linux, because I prefer gvim, GNU make and gdb. They are
not so bad after you get used to them ... ;-)

There are also other IDEs such as KDE Studio, or VDK Builder. And tools
such as Glade offers you WYSIWYG GUI creation. You can check at Freshmeat
(http://freshmeat.net) or SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/) and try to
find an IDE you would like.
