Hi Mike,
The only thing I can think of is:
1) any errors you got during compilation of gpg? tried re-compile?
2) Are you sure you added the users with the right command? when you
do:
gpg --list-secret-keys
Do you see the users you have been added in the list? If not, you might
want to try re-add the users? If yes, try re-adding the users? Also, if
all of this not the solution, you might want to re-generate the public
key?
