AFAIK Wine doesn't support bidi. If you manage to implement it (or,
alternatively, get it working with Windows' bidi.dll) millions of
Hebrew speaking Wine users will be grateful forever, myself included.

I haven't tried plex in a while. I'd be happy to read your experiences if
you try it.
