You have no need for Bezeq's dialer (even under Windows), in fact you
already have all the software you need in the basic Windows, and also
Linux installation.
Under windows you configure a Microsoft VPN connection, and under Linux
you use the pptp dialer.
Bezeq will test your connection with one of their laptops, and
thereafter
you should call up your ISP, who will walk you through the Windows
VPN setup. (Takes exactly 2 minutes). Once you are running, then
I suggest you boot up Linux, and follow the steps outlined in
the BEZEQ-ADSL Howtom which is really good.
I am running IP masquerading on my main Linux server, connected to
a hub with another two computers (two windows machines for my kids)
and the ADSL modem ,which is also connected to the hub. This setup
is fully explained in the howto, as well.
Good luck, ADSL rocks !!!
