Hi all
Just wanted to remind you that tommorow (Wednesday, 7/11/2001) there's
going to be a Linux instaparty in the Technion, at Rifkin/Adut PC farm (at
Rifkin Dorms area), from 10:00am till 10:00pm. There's going to be a lot
of fun, including lectures, installations, food and drink.
I would also like to make a little correction - in the linux-day site
(http://linux-day.il.eu.org) it's written that we'll install "Mandrake
8.0, Redhat 7.1 and Suse 7.2". Please bare in mind that we will install
Mandrake 8.1 (not 8.0) and Redhat 7.2/7.1, and Suse 7.2 too.
Please bare in mind that the default installation will be Mandrake
8.1, as we will have copies of that to share for every installed-person.
We will try to stick to that as much as possible.
The rest (Redhat 7.2 or 7.1, Suse 7.2) will also be installed, but we
might not have copies of that. There's also going to be Slackware 8.0 which
will be installed if you really insist :)
Best regards, and see you all tommorow!
