Re: parallel to SCSI



Hello,

Searching on google 'parallel scsi linux' found, as it's first
result, <http://www.torque.net/parport/parscsi.html> which is in the
'Linux Parallel Port Home Page' (at <http://www.torque.net/linux-pp.html>).

As others said, it's not very recomended, for performance reasons (I
personally got something like 1MB/s. The theoretical limit on ECP is
2.4MB/s), and also, more importantly (for me), because it's very CPU
heavy, and while copying large amounts of data the machine becomes
very unresponsive and 'jumpy'.
