If there's one more thing we need to lobby, especially one related to
i18n, that's a 'Character Coding' menu in the context-menu ("the
right-click menu") of pages and frames. This is often necessary to
override a bogus encoding of a window which has no menubar (e.g. a
Javascript-generated popup) or of a single frame.
Unfortunatelly, the US-based UI people oppose to this (absolutely
logical) change since they couldn't be less aware of i18n needs.
I do understand their concerns with context-menu trashing, but this
feature is just essential.
