I AM interesting in this job, but I don't have even Bagroot, so there goes my
dream to work at Sun ;)

Well, big companies wants diploma's, and if you do being accepted without a
Diploma, then they won't give you the same sallery the same as one who got a
degree/diploma/whatever...
Is it related to experience? nop. Do they teach something that you skip in
the way you learn at course (or on your own - which is in my case)? nop.
Do they get anything better when someone finished BSc regarding to this
specific job? nop.
Show me any good skilled sys admin with BSc, and I'll show you a skilled sys
admin with barely a Bagroot - no matter if it's windows, Linux, Sun or SGI..
Of course - I'm not trying to flame Sun Israel at all - it's the same way in
many corportations in Israel, and in the rest of the world..
And as they say... life sucks ;)
