If this is not in the faq, it should be...

You should contact an ntp server in your company or in your ISP if possible.
For example, Netvision has ntp.netvision.net.il, Internet zahav has
ntp.zahav.net.il, and I don't remember where (or if) other ISPs have them.

You can use 'ntptrace' to check out whether a specific server works for
you before you start messing with root-owned configuration files; E.g.,

$ ntptrace ntp.netvision.net.il
Alanis.netvision.net.il: stratum 2, offset -0.324200, synch distance 0.08394
ntp.ilan.net.il: stratum 1, offset -0.316474, synch distance 0.00000, refid 'GPS '
