the latest ac kernel is 2.4.8-ac9 (unless alan cox releases another one
by the time you read this email. this guy is *fast*).

it can be found on your favorite kernel mirror, or at
ftp://ftp.iglu.org.il/pub/mirrors/kernel.org/linux/kernel/people/alan/linux-2.4/2.4.8/

there's no 2.4.9-ac because alan does not consider 2.4.9 ready for
merging. for his exact wording, search the linux-kernel mailing list
archives a day or two ago.

it refused to compile because it misses an #include <linux/kernel.h> at
the top. add it and things should be fine.
