although evolution has the look and feel of outlook,
AFAIK it does not have shared calanders and does not support hebrew.
( I would be happy to be corrected on this :-)

The perfect Linux mailer for you is Evolution from Ximian (it's GPLed of course) which is such a good Outlook clone that you keep wondering why the viruses and worms don't work until you remember... ;-)
