Again: where are you trying to install from?

On what system?

http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/ (or maybe your distro has a copy that
contains only its own files)can help you find which package includes this
required dependecy.

Type in the search box the name of the dependency, and you'll get a (too
large) list of packages that provide it.

Note that on most cases you should use 'rpm -U' rather than 'rpm -i' (it
is the same if the package is new, and is a more sane default in case the
package has existed).
