Actually, it's 172.16/12, and 172.22.3.2 is indeed in it (see RFC 1918,
"Address Allocation for Private Internets"). Such address shouldn't have
leaked into their name server.

A very easy way to check this is to do something like:
[output edited for brevity]

$ whois 172.22.3.2@whois.ripe.net 
[whois.ripe.net]
inetnum:      172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
netname:      IANA-BBLK-RESERVED1
descr:        Class B address space for private internets
descr:        See RFC1918.TXT for further information

P.S. They describe this as "Class B address space for private internets",
but it is not a single class B: it is 16 class B's.
