As far as I know the hebrew is still screwd up, fomr my talks with Lars, the
fixed hebrew will no be on this beta.
Also try runnig QT3 apps with "-reverse". Undocumented I think, at least I
did not find it.
In designer you will also need to desing you windows in LTR, or otherwise...
They still luck something IMHO, but that will be all we got from 3.0
