Hi,
Does anybody here use an ICQ client under Linux?
Till several days ago, I've succeeded to connect to ICQ using LICQ with no
problem - the server used was icq.mirabilis.com. Now the problem is that
icq.mirabilis.com is down, and LICQ has a biggest problem to connect to
login.icq.com. What I receive is a message "Server sends bad version
number:0" in Network Window. OTOH, ICQ 2000b for Windows uses login.icq.com
with no hitch.
If anybody has experienced a similar problem or knows a way to work the
current problem around, please help me.
Regards,
Alex Chudnovsky
