Well, RTFM you'll get. It's called texinfo (do 'info texinfo').
However, unlike man pages, which are almost always distributed as
*roff source, info files are usually not shipped as the texinfo
source, but as formatted info, so you'll have to get the sources
(probably with the sources of the relevant package).
