There's no good solution to this problem, because this is not a bug - it's
logical deficiency. The deficiency is from the fact that the sign '-' is
used to mean three different things - minus, hyphen and dash. In fact,
there are different dashes, so there are more things, but this is
irrelevant to BiDi, more or less. But minus, hyphen and dash are to be
treated differently by Unicode standard BiDi algorithm. So any renderer
that has to deal with this usage of '-' symbol has to guess which of them
should be there. Since there's no way to know, it will inevitably miss in
some cases.
