A round Rubin? An oval shaped Rubin family member, I guess. I believe you mean
round robin. Round Robin DNS is a method of obtaining load balancing.
One makes a single name resolve to several addresses. Each query, the order
of the replied hosts is different, so the application uses a different address
every query. Example:
Try 'host -t A cddb.cddb.com | tail -1' several times and compare the output;
you'll see that you're receiving different results.

	I hope this helps, Yotam Rubin

To unsubscribe, send mail to linux-il-request@linux.org.il with
the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command
echo unsubscribe | mail linux-il-request@linux.org.il
