Yes, I have the same problem. "ls" see them just fine, like:
/usr/include/linux/time.h
It is seems to be OK, but not work.
One thing I do, I change by hand CCFLAGS in all Makefiles I compile.
CCFLAGS=(blah...blah) -I/usr/src/linux/include
This work fine, but need a workaround all things you going compile.
