almost all V.34 modems today support MNP10 (here I go off topic again)
the supra I am selling is indeed internal, and indeed 240 bucks, it has a 
flashROM, though, a 1k FIFO (not 16 byte!), CallerID, blacklisting and 
other cool features. end of plug.
