My vision for the "Guru network for newbie questions" is that the guru
will tell the newbie what HOWTO (perhaps even which chapter/section) is
relevant to his problem and where it can be found.
Also, even if someone has RTFM'ed the stuff, some hand-holding won't
hurt. The point is that this handholding is not to happen on the Linux-IL
list. And one of the activities which may promote Linux in Israel (and
also elsewhere) is accessibility to volunteer hand-holding gurus by newbies.
