1. All Pentiums are (currently) created the same - as you say.
2. The point is that most boards don't support bus speeds that let you
overclock to more than 200Mhz. Usually the highest you can go is
3 x 66MHz =200MHz. Asus P/I-P55T2P4 is unique in that it provides 75Mhz
and 83MHz bus speeds, which lets you run these tricks. The 83MHz speed is
unofficial, by the way, and jumpering for it isn't documented.
3. Risks do exist, so you should indeed be careful. Higher overclocking
would require a better cooling mechanism.
