HELP: MsDos, OS/2 Warp and Linux Slackware on the same Computer!

Hi,
I have a BIG problem:
I have two hard disks at the size of ~730M WD [1416 16 63], 130M Maxtor [1024
14 17], and the problem is how can i partition the hard disks optimaly for
LinuxSlackware, OS/2 Warp and MsDos.
I understend that MsDos has to work from Primary partition and for all the
other it dosn't mater, but if i make another pri. partition at the same H.D.
the 1st Pri. can't access the other primary partition!
SO:
---- 730M
1M	BootManager	Pri.
320M	MsDos	FAT	Pri.	Bootable via BootMan
120M	Os/2	HPFS	Log.	BootAble&Installable via BootMan
~280M	Linux	ext2	Log.	Boot via BootMan
---- 130M
20M	Os/2	FAT	Log.	Booting os/2 2.1*
18M	Linux	Swap	Log.
~92M	Linux	ext2	Log.

the 20M Os/2 partition will be boot 2.1 that will be installed from the 120M
Os/2 partition by the utility BOOTOS2 from IBM with the switches HPFS & WPS.

NOW:
the problem again is how can i tell FDISK to mark installable on 120M partition
and bootable on the ~280M Linux and the 320M MsDos ?

2nd Problem:
fdisk of Linux report a mistake on the numbers of the HardDrive sine the
logical numbers are 1416 16 63 and the Phisical are 1023 16 63 !

HELP! HELP!
