I am willing to be taken up...

I have absolutely NO intention of cooking at home - it makes a mess and
it will interfere with my daughter. I am willing to cook on the premises
of the victi... Gilad's premises, provided:

  1. Menu is agreed a-priori
  2. I cook nothing overly complex (time constraints).
  3. I have help in cutting/flaying/cleaning the bits.
  4. GOOD pots/pans/cutlery available (i.e. cast iron).
  5. Washing of pots/pans is the responsibility of another (I'll be tired
     enough).

I am not a cosher cook and prefer sea-food or good meat. Therefore, the
menu MUST be decided a-priory so that the raw materials may be bought
likewise. Meat will NOT be prepared "well-done," "medium." or
"medium-rare." It will be "bleu" or "rare."

Ira or anyone else with food experience, please inform me of your
opinions.

None.

Yes, I will. Let's organize this REALLY well and blow the restaurants out
of the water.

What about the wine menu?
