Figures. That's probably because Technion computer people either don't
know anything, or are just being lazy (latter being more probably).
The stereotype that educational facilities are less maintained than
commercial ones is an illusion. I know that in HUJI if something would
crash the system group would probably take care of it very quickly.
However, I have no objection to the site being in commercial hands. We've
already agreed that Ira can have it (and he's a good mix between commercial
and non-profit).
Regarding a comment by someone about us not being supposed to advertise
CDs since we're non-profit. I think we have every right and need to advertise
and make money, as long as it doesn't go into our pockets. Ira's case is
about covering losses, and by advertising and selling CDs we can make money
for the next show.
Does anyone have a schedule for shows in the next year or so? Might help
us plan.
