Try any fixed hebrew font from XFree distribution. See which you have: issue
`xlsfonts|grep heb'. You should see smth like

-misc-fixed-medium-r-normal-hebrew-0-0-75-75-c-0-iso8859-1
-misc-fixed-medium-r-normal-hebrew-20-200-75-75-c-100-iso8859-1
heb10x20
heb6x13
heb8x13
heb8x13b

Now, run e.g. `xterm -fn heb10x20'
