Jan Den-Ouden's drivers suck. me and some friends are looking into
rewriting them, but it is a long and tiring job. as far as we could
figure out and after digging up DEEP and wide through the net, it seems
that the TELES driver will only talk to 1TR6 systems now, which is
unfortunate, since that system is German only, while in Israel, the
D-channel protocol is ETSI's DSS1 (AKA Euro-ISDN). either change your
card with a terminal adapter that will give you AT commands, or hang in
till the work is done, and debugging is up to an acceptable level.
