Oh, right.  I couldn't find it with "apropos liz", shame on me.

BTW, Stallman posted a rather long article to gnu.announce explaining
why he's going to drop this mode from the next release of Emacs -
it turns out the new communications decency act forbids the practice
of distributing files with curses in them, which the sources of
Eliza contain....:)
