That's right, even more: we can ajust netscape cache directory in the
'Preference' menu to be common for all users, somewhere on NFS-partition with
/tmp-like permissions. But it's only for Netscape, whereas httpd with cache can
serve ANY client. But if you think cern httpd is not good for that - ok...
