see my home page. i have an ATI ProTurbo 2MB VRAM XF86Config in one
of the links. My own experience with the ATI suggests that dear old
Ofer did not bother to read any of the documents enclosed with XFree86 -
my ATI was set-up within 20 minutes of installing it.
I have no idea about Diamonds, but Number Nine are represented in Israel
and have the entire #9 range of cards, up to I128P available (for $2200
that last one, BEFORE VAT).

Ira'le, kushkush - this is a nasty request. Other people might want
to know on whom I am pouncing this week...
Now to serious matters: DO NOT BUY, under _ANY_ circumstances, an ATI
Mach64 _WINTURBO_. They are junk. Buy either an Xpression (cheapo but
fine) or a PROTURBO (bloody expensive and fine). The PROTURBO alone
can be expanded to 4MB. The ProTurbo alone can spit out proper high
resolution graphics at comfy refreshes.
I got mine in JLM for ~$400+VAT (with 2MB VRAM).
