I am no lawyer (thank god! ;-) but I think the important phrase here is:
"according to Amuta law" - did you mean an internal law passed by the
Amuta (in which case we can just pass other laws, suitable for us), or is
it a "goverment" law?
Any way, I am sure that a lawyer, which we must have if we want to
register an Amuta, can help us overcome this in some way.
I will try to learn the subject, and report to the list.
