Sounds to me like you need more help than can be given by e-mail. Best 
if you can contact one of the list members who lives in your 
geographic area.

Is rilv.net.il an registered domain?
Is your Linux box connected to netvision, or are you just posting from 
a Netvision account?
How is your Linux box connected? UUCP? Demand SLIP/PPP?
Why are you using root?
