Assuming 100 people total user base, assuming 10 simultaneous users at a
time and assuming room for growth:

A.	10 modems
2 8-port serial cards (room to grow to 16 users)
	1 4 port serial card

B.	1 Cisco 2500 OR 1 Livingston

C.	1 P5-100 or 133 (166 is too expensive as yet) with:
		64MB memory
PCI SCSI controller (2940 _OR_ BT-946C)
		1 1GB disk (/usr filesystem)
		1 0.5GB disk (/, /var and /tmp filesystems, swap space)
		1 el-cheapo graphics card (i.e. CLGD-5430)
		1 PCI ethernet card

D.	1 P5-90 or 120 (BACKUP COMPUTER) with:
		32MB memory
		ISA SCSI controller (1542CF)
		1 1GB disk
		1 PCI ethernet card
		1 el-cheapo graphics card

E.	1 DX2-66 (firewall) with:
		12-16MB memory
		1 0.5GB IDE disk
		2 PCI ethernet cards
		1 el-cheapo graphics card

F.	1 P5-90 (NEWS/DNS MACHINE) with:
		32MB memory
		1 PCI SCSI controller
		3 2GB disks _OR_ 2 4GB disks (news filesystems)
1 0.5GB disks (other filesystems, swap space)

G.	1 Four-way keyboard/monitor switch
	1 14" drek monitor
	1 keyboard

I would, assuming I can use my own domain :-). Note, please, that 64k is
_NOT_ enough to have a newsfeed of any size - news traffic is about 400MB
per day, these days.
