fvwm-2, new kernels, & loadavg
Hi all,
I have a strange problem:
When I run fvwm-2 (2.0.42 to be exact) with new kernels, I see that loadavg is
between 0.5 and 1 (depending on the number of opened windows) even if there is
no active processes. If I run some CPU intensive task, the load goes to 2 etc.
It's something artificial, or corresponds to some low-priority task, as when I
run a benchmark, I get usual performance results. So it doesn't really hinder,
but just bothers.
With 1.3.70 & below the problem disappear. 1.3.84 & up , including 2.0, have it.
fvwm-1.24r works OK with any of the above kernels.
Any ideas? Has anyone experienced the problem?
Regards,
Evgeny
