1. try to install a password on your frad. it sometimes work.

2. we can install a filter on our router that will not allow telnet to
   your FRAD from the outside (except from one of our machines, not
   public, for testing purposes).

   in fact, we may set up a 'stronger' access list, to block various types
   of accesses (nfs mounts, telnets, etc.) from the outside. if you're
   interested, please send me a list of ports that should be closed/open.

3. regarding the hebrew patch - did you take a loo at how it 'works' ?
   if you need the patch, i could re-assemble the patch sources for you
   (though tyou'd need to get the irc client seperatly, we're not allowed 
   to distribute their combination. on the other hand - i think you may
   get the original client itself seperatly fromus, and then apply the
   patch).
