is 2/6 the final date ? is TA agreed on ?
what time ? how many ppl ? any equipment needed ?...

could try to get a room but time may be a problem - don't expect anyone 
to come up with a room on to short a notice ? as room assigning ppl like 
to have some advance notice ... -this also gives a better chance of a 
room being availible ...
so ?
