1) First of all there is a newer book by Brent Welch called "Practical programming in Tcl and
Tk" which already deals with Tk 4.0 . At least its draft was on the Net.
2) The above isn't a reference either. As far as I know, and I know it from the two books,
the only formal reference are the man pages. They are very good.
