The problem was not duplicating the functions but getting the linker to
identify my functions insted of the default functions in libc.a. Checker
replaces the libc.a with its own version and that's the version it links
with. in my libc.a the symbols ntohl exist aswell as ntohs but not
__ntohl and __ntohs and I wasn't sure as to their functionality. Anyhow
I've replaced ntoh.o in the checker library and got away with it (I
think) but the problem now is that it crashes on me when I start it up in
adjust_bm_when_stack_reduce which is obviously a checker function, and
I'm really quite at loss. At this stage however I think unless someone
has a great quick and dirty solution I'll bugmail the author.
