Hi,
Yes I do want to translate the IRC to hebrew and few other progs.
My question is how can i translate the keyboard keys to lower 128 ???
If you checked the other program i sent the hebrew.com it allow you to write also when
you press alt-tab.
Is it possible to build something like that in C for Linux??
