Thanks a lot for the comments, I've integrated them.

Added.  Please look if it's in the right place in the sequence.

Allready there, added the comment about where to do that.  Is this
correct
for Win95 and NT too?  Or just for 3.11?

Anything you can think that might cause trouble - e.g. sendmail getting
delayed
during boot.
