O'Reilly, as everyone knows.

Before starting to port code, check around for some specific packages
for this. I know several companies advertise in Linux Journal for
providing MS-WIN compatible libraries that do X instead (which means
that assuming the libraries are 100% ok, you just have to link your
code again and wham!). Check LJ.
