yuck... what IS that? why not get the simple CL, or a medium-range ATI?

from my experiance, Acer are extremly slow on seek time... how cheap can 
it be? a x4.4 from Toshiba is $190, and a x6.7 is $240... Toshiba are 
very standard, and are one of the best!
