Why? There is a Linux emulator for DOS. It's called Linux! -;)

Also, LOADLIN can function as a practical "emulator" .In other words, it will
let you run linux by getting a completely configured FAT directory tree, and
starting it from the DOS prompt. Does this qualify for an emulator ? ;-)
