On one hand, I think there is a slight benefit from having both lists
on the same site.
On the other hand - Majordomo. (need I say more?).
Also, though I don't remember Hagiga failing (maybe once?), and the
list is not so critical, cs.huji.ac.il is as stable a mail host as you
can get on the Internet (managed by one of maybe ten people in the
world who knew what's hapenning inside sendmail before it became as
obvious as it is today :)
