I wasn't thinking of a particular mirroring package which is good, but
of what a good mirroring package should do.

I guess with sunsite, you could write one pretty easily.  First just
ftp the ls-lR listing.  Then do an ls-lR locally.  Delete anything
listed in the local ls-lR that's not in sunsite's ls-lR.  ftp anything
that's in sunsite's ls-lR that's not in the local.  If you finish off
by setting access times on the local files to match sunsite's ls-lR,
then this will work pretty easily...
