One more point
If we want to charge money for the installation, we better make it much
much more proffessional than the last time.
People may agree to wait for hours if its free, but if they pay, they
usually expect service.
Also if we get payed we won't be able to ask them to format their HD's
and get rid of win95 (as marc suggested).
So this time, lets orginize well in advance.
Consider better advertisments (we are commercial!)
maybe prepare little business cards (like in computax)
and most important:
Have enough Cd's, installation disks (working ones!), CDROMS, Hd's, and
if we want NFS - make it work couple of days before the party! and
ofcourse have a good guru/newnbie ratio.
I realise it has all been said couple of times before, but if we want to
charge money, its extra important.
