For this you need uugetty and NOT getty. It simply a matter of putting the
right line in /etc/inittab and making the right /etc/conf.uugetty.ttys?
file (at least this is the file in my case, yours may vary because there
is another version/compile option that keeps these files in /etc/defaults)
