Subject: Linux-1.3.61

I just made linux-1.3.61 available on the normal ftp-sites... This release does

 - a.out support is configurable (but I'd very much suggest you configure it in
for now - most people still have a.out binaries, some of which are mission
   critical (DOOM ;-)).
 - IDE driver cleanups (all the different chipset support routines are now
   configurable and in separate files)
 - Networking updates (SLIP keepalives, TCP optimizations)
 - SMP should compile again..
 - IP firewall code update

Hopefully getting closer to a 2.0 release with this..
