This would be a good time for a short report about our slackware mirror in
huji.
We have an active mirror of the slackware distribution. We used to mirror it
from sunsite.unc.edu, but we had problems with the mirror completeness which
were probably due to the slow lines to sunsite. Thus, we have switched the
mirror to uiarchive.cso.uiuc.edu, to which we have generally fast connections.
This is an active mirror, which means that we automatically get new versions of
slackware once they are released.
The slackware mirror is available at:
ftp://ftp.huji.ac.il/mirror/Linux/slackware/
We also have an active mirror of the Linux Documentation Project, available at
http://www.cs.huji.ac.il/papers/mdw/
Regards,
Ariel
