When did you check?  I called customs directly less than a month ago and
they said that customs will be up to 2% (plus VAT, of course).  And if
it is made in America then customs is 0%.

Since Supra's are supposed to be available in Israel, I don't think
you need a special appruval for importing them.  And I'm not sure this
appruval thing works any more since they cought the unit which was
responsible for this.
