The question you pose above is not the question at all. The question is who
will be maintaining their system in the future after the Linux guy (you?)
leaves. You are describing a very standard and everyday system. Assuming
the organization is not full of people with Linux know how (or computer knowhow),
there is no reason to have them dependent on a relatively less known OS (at least
in the field of standard office administration).
I suggest you recommend the usual MS stuff.
