As a Jerusalemite, but first as a Linux advocate (well, I don't have
it running anywere, yet), I see it in my interest to help avoid
antegonism from non-Jerusalem people (particularly the Haifa people)
by exploiting numerical bias towards Jerusalem.

I think that Harvey's suggestion, as usual, is the best - rotate the
meetings among the major Linux users' concentrations.  (anyone for a
meeting in Sydney? :-)
