What about taxation matters?
Besides, I am willing to donate my time for the cause (half a day
every few weeks playing games I like - I don't have to be payed in
order to do this).
And the last misc point - the major expense as I see it is the cost of
the CD's (be them being bought or burned by us). This is what should
be covered somehow, e.g. by asking people to buy the CD's installed
for them, or letting people get organized in groups - but then they'll
have to wait for their own CD set to be free in order to install it on
their machine during the party.
