Why not install the REAL Linux on a laptop/notebook? I suggest a normal
X-Windows+multitasking+networking+emulation demo should be great,
along with a good lecture.

Have a bundle of printouts (like the Computax ones) ready for interested
people. I'd talk about the exciting aspects - real multitasking, the
fact that it's free, X-Windows and networking. Maybe emulation is
a good idea too.
