I have to agree to Ira here.
I'm a new member in a non-profit amuta (a gliding club) and it's not
such a big deal. And the way Ira describes this I think it will be
acceptable (i.e. no fixed rate (but maybe set some minimum?), but
rather have it based on mutual trust).
