If you are talking about connecting some stations under novell to
the internet it has been done a lot. I have computer's classroom
with 15 computers connected to novell server and to router.

On the novell i added the frame 802.2 (Ethernet II) to get tcp/ip
protocols and it worked gr8. Each computer has it's own IP (we
devided our classes into suubnets cuz we are running under WAN)
and all the internet transmitions controlled by our router
(Cisco).

I was wondering if I could use a multitasking program to open 2
windows under the same station and to get 2 emulation of tcp/ip.

I have tested this hardware specification under :

Desqview - Didn't work, the first window hooked the Ethernet
address of the communication card so the other window
couldn't see it and get connected.

Windows3.1 - Didn't work, I have managed to use only one IP under
each window, when I tryed to use different IPs on
each window, there was an ARP problem (I figured that
I need an ARP server to handle the IP conflict)

Linux - Work like a charm (Not under DosEMU!!!), I used telnet on
one session and on another session I set my modem to get
a PPP conection and use another IP and I have managed to
run telnet on 2 differen sessions.

I would like to here more if somebody can try to solve this
problem of running 2 windows with tcp/ip under the environments
of: Windows NT, OS/2 Warp (or connect if someone has it...)
