I donno much about Emacs and flavors - I need some SIMPLE editor, that 
can work around the telnet clients (no alt and meta keys) to edit simple 
visually correct hebrew files, and I think pico handles it. writing docs 
in hebrew? I find it useless, and so I cannot find any usefull use for 
it, except for HTML hebrew docs
