I'm don't shure ,but such as I know when you bye Solaris or SunOS or
so on you'll get with them Motif also (at least Solaris for Sparc)  .

Also in README for NG 3.0 was written ,that null-plugin isn't avaible ,
due to license restrictions ,not that plugins aren't avaible .

Try go to netscape site and find any info about plugins .I find there
tcl-tk plugin from Sun to all Unices (Linux also) .Working nice for me 
on Netscape Gold 3.0 under Slackware 96 ( 2.0.0 ) .Also I find there
Adobe Acrobat plugin for Netscape on Linux ,but it was more than 5M ,
and I decided to download it at another time .
You can also download Plugin SDK for Linux from netscape site if 
you want to develope one .
