Sure... I do it at my machine as well. Basically, you have already 
installed Win95 running on FAT partition. If you have another 
partition on your hard disk, then you just have to install Linux as 
usual, but reserve your FAT partition for Win95. If you used up the 
whole hard disk for Win95, you have to defragmentise your FAT 
partition, and use a tool call "FIPS" to shrink your FAT partition to 
create sufficient space for Linux. 

You don't have to worry about the "auto bootup" of Win95, if you 
install LILO to boot your Linux. Make sure you also create another 
boot selection for Win95 together with the Linux. My recommentation 
is to place your LILO boot image at the boot sector of your hard 
disk.
