I can change that 
but most of the time that you reply to a list mail you want it to go
to the list not just to the person who wrote the message.
so the default REPLY_TO: is the list. it is (IMHO) less work to change
the TO: for the times you want to reply to a message personally 
then have to change the TO: every time I want to respond to the list
which occures more often.
