Yes, you could always try recompiling pine to get a reply-to field, but
while you're doing that, you can do my laundry and pay for my ticket to
the czech republic...after you're done doing those things, you can try
the following:

from pine (version 3.92-3.94 at least) you go from the main menu to
  (S)etup
  (C)onfigure
  (W)hereIs

type:
  default-composer-

It will take you to the default-composer-hdrs option

Next:
  (A)dd Value
        To:
  (A)dd Value
        Cc:
(A)dd Value (careful to type it exactly as I say below!)
        Attchmnt:
(yes, that is an incorrect spelling but it HAS to be spelled that way)
  (A)dd Value
        Subject:
  (A)dd Value
        Reply-To:

Next:
Press the down arrow to get to "customized-hdrs" and do:
  (A)dd Value
        Reply-To: vnavrat@luc.edu

Next:
  (E)xit Configuration
(Q)uit Pine (and restart for the change to take effect)
  (Y)es, really quit!

Now type: pine and press enter :p

That is it!

<insert blurb from well-meaning linux fanatic>

WARNING: MicroSoft mail (comes standard with M$-Winblows'95) violates the
SMTP RFC and does *NOT* honor the Reply-To field and uses the From: field
instead!! So you may still have to check the "From:" location unless you
.forward from that location to the Reply-To: location.

<end blurb>

btw, when's the party?
Imagine the flame wars that will happen *in person*
:)
