You apparently missed part of my posting. I am not suggesting a 
moderation of this list, nor am I suggesting limiting the discussion 
and/or nature of the postings in it. The sharp-eyed readers of my 
previous post can notice that I did include linux-il amongst the places 
where technical questions could be addressed, and in fact - questions 
asked after rtfming and tweeking the problems' brains out are welcome.

All calims I make regarding the intent of my prev. post can be summerized 
in: "Newbies, don't expect linux-il to answer your existential questions. 
You can ask, after <insert what I said above>. Otherwise, results are not 
expectable and not guaranteed by me, cs.huji.ac.il or god@heavenvm.gov.va"

I believe this phrase would be agreeable by linux-il'ers.
