I have had success with both the normal ncsa and the apache_1.0.5 under
Slackware 2.3 with kernel 1.3.99. I didn't bother to get the sources,
just the binaries. I suggest not to bother with ncsa or cern, just use
apache_1.0.5 binaries. It is the only server that lets you do virtual
hosting. cern claims to do virtual hosting but is seems to be not true.
