I have translate tables for Unix-hebrew for both Terminate and Telemate
on my BBS, I think it is named simply hebrew.arj, you can just call in
the number in my sig that says "fax", and login. I use it all the time,
editing in Terminate and ANSI emulation in HebPine, and I also get the
low-caps. apparently, it is only necessary to translate the incoming
codes of 224-250, and the low 128 chars are never touched.
