You can not recieve mail to your local machine since it has 
non existant host name. As well as dynamic ip. 

What you can do is to tell sendmail to masquarade as netvision.net.il

To do it change following line in /etc/sendmail.cf from

# who I masquerade as (null for no masquerading)
DM

to

# who I masquerade as (null for no masquerading)
DMnetvision.net.il

I think you can make sendmail put datcos@ as a username
but I have to consult the book 

Anyway working as root is bad(even BAD) so why dont u work
as datcos on you machine. This will also make your sendmail to 
put datcos@netvision.net.il as return address.
