Well, what did you think you were doing? :)

The "mkswap" is allready an "oops". You just said you had one
partition, so were did you think you were writing?
|After it fs ( both msdos and umsdos )
|got corrupted.
|I can't boot, chkdsk, mount /dev/hda1
|neither from Win95 nor from Linux.
|LILO work works fine.
|IS THERE SOME WAY TO RESTORE THE FS???
I'm not a DOS expert (thank god :), but maybe booting from a diskette
and running a Norton Disk Doctor will manage to salvage something?
