GroupKit 3.2 has been released. GroupKit is a Tcl/Tk extension that
provides facilities for building real-time groupware applications such
as shared whiteboards, meeting tools, games, discussion tools, etc.
The package comes with over 30 sample groupware applications/demos.
Some of the facilities provided by the toolkit are:
* multi-cast remote procedure calls
* shared data structures with flexible concurrency control
* a rich set of interface widgets supporting awareness of others
* flexible and extensible support for session management
If you haven't checked out GroupKit in a while, we've added many new
example programs, including a prototype groupware web browser, several
demos of new awareness widgets, and locking support. This version of
GroupKit has also been upgraded to run with Tcl 7.5 and Tk 4.1.
