wierd console messages
I used to get many messages I took as understood on my dial-in server:
registered device ppp0
registered device ppp1
or error messages like:
eth0: transmit timed out, network cable problem?
which still happen all the time, even after changing computers, kernels,
and NICs (any idea? I can only explain this as a configuration problem,
since it survived through all the hardware changes)
but now, I have a new visitor:
arp_cache_bind: 05ab73c0 backlogged
arp_find: 05ab73c0 backlogged
arp_run_bh: 05ab73c0 reinstalled
arp_run_bh: entry 05ab73c0 was born dead
infanticide on my computer??!
