Well, who did this guy think he was talking to when he spelt his
message that way?

I don't know him, I'm not a personal friend of his, I try to be polite
when I write to people over the net, I expect people to show minimal
respect when they ask for help.

How would you react if some total stranger on the street startted
talking to you that way?
