I assume you mean that these tables translate incoming codes 224-250 down
to 128-154, so that "standard" unix hebrew can be displayed with programs
like Moran's hebvga loaded.  But then (as I said in my last post), if you
want to *type* hebrew ,you must use hebrew_pine, and I thought Moran
wanted to IRC and do other stuff which would require a translation table
for the lower 128 char's too (or at least the keyboard keys).
