it's not enouch to put the kernel there. you must also "make config". at
least the lack of "version.h" indicates you didn't do this, althoughts it
IS wriggen in the documents (i forgot which, perhaps the kernel's README
or INSTALL files).
BEFORE you post again, try to search for those files on your dis, AFTER
you do "make config" in the kernel's directory.
