A company located in the suburbs of Chicago called Intermec sells these.
I used to work for a library and I'd order lots of these from
them. Their main business is bar code scanners. Not sure if they have a
web page. We'd need the adapters so we could use their bar code scanners,
which were originally designed for IBM dumb terminals, on our shiny new
pentium gateway 2000's.
But oh, the amount of cow boxes we had stacked up in storage....
