| Omer,

| What you say may be true, but internal cheap modems (Boca and other
| Rockwell-based modems) tend to hang from time to time. If you're using
| Linux and leave you computer on all the time, this may force you to cold
| reboot from time to time to reset the modem. This happens to me from time
| to time, and may be a good reason to use an external modem. I have had no
| problems at all with hi-speed serial cables.

Hello Gavrie,

When U write "tend to hang from time to time", do U mean that the Kernel
freezes?

May the good wind always blow in your back

Yours Sincerely,

Dory Dan
