dont forget class 2.0, not widely implemented, but should solve most of 
the class 2 standard (which is not realy a standard, just widely accepted)
some of the programs are for class 1 and some are for class 2 , chack to 
see, mgetty support all of the standards, but flexfax dosent.
also, not all calss 2 modems are well made, for example, boca 14400 is 
both class 2 and 1 , but the class 2 is not well implemented.

Multytech are the best class 2 modems, but expensive, most rockwell 
modems have some problems with class 2.
