Thanks, and some comments

Hello again.

Thanks for the marvelously informative answers. They were both quick,
and helpful.

As for the most important topics:

1. I was indeed told to use the internal resume capability of ftp and
ncftp. Thanks.
2. In my Pine, I don't have a reply-to field. Either I miss something, or
my version is compiled without this option (I recall reading somewhere
that it is left out from the distributions because it might be used for
"not so nice" stuff).
3. As I said, I can't use Pine's internal domain name option to set
"ibm.net", because I still need local mail and doing so causes every
message sent locally to carry this domain. The solution, supposedly, is
to reconfigure sendmail. I'll give it a try.
4. As to my root with X - I was indeed using it. No longer, though.
5. Netscape -install does give Netscape full control over the palette, a
thing that makes everything look really ugly. I prefer the current setup.
Isn't there something that can enable better mapping of avaliable colors
(after all, the mostly cursed Win95 handles it).
6. And more about Netscape - it wasn't stuck, after all. It happened
tonight again, and waiting 30 seconds or so "released it". I still
believe it has something to do with DNS lookup. And yes, I do use fvwm.

That's all, I believe.
Thanks again, and goodnight.
(just in case sendmail won't do its job - my e-mail is nimrodz@ibm.net).
