no way! the sbpcd is only for sb-interface. she has a new ATAPI interface,
and it is IDE alright.

I am not sure about the kernel supporting this, they had some bugs in the
Slackware compilation.
I assume you are installing it on a modern board with two IDE channels (4
devices), and so the explanation is like this:
the devices on the first cable are hda and hdb, on the second they are hdc
and hdd. this leaves your Vibra interface fifth, and I don't know the
device name for that (it DOES exist, it just isn't hde).
Solutions: connect it to the EIDE instead of the Vibra, and you are
actually better off leaving it that way.
