Zeal has nothing (or, maybe, everything) to do with it. Un*x is NOT to be 
installed as if it is a Microsoft Bonus Pack. If someone wants it, he/she 
should know WHY. I agree, therefore, with Ira.

I'll give you an example. TWO HOURS AFTER we left the installation party, 
one of the people who had Linux installed by me calls me on the mobile 
and says - "I am sitting here in front of a 'login:' on my screen. Now 
what?" I told her to read a book on Un*x... She sounded, I must admit, 
rather angry.

If we go the distance with Jonathan's idea of "The Helping Hand", we'll 
never see a user who can admin his own machine.
