It's "Xok Ha-Amutot", as far as I know, but I'm not a lawyer either
(thanks Father, Mother and those who didn't get me to be a lawyer :-)

In the IARC, they made the youngsters "Xaver Nispax" (x = 8th letter), it
was noted that they can't vote, but they paied their membership fees like
adults.

I didn't say it's such a limit, it only says that they can't legaly vote
in the meetings, that's all. Since a major part of the Amuta will be
youngsters, and I fully support it (Linux: The Next Generation), it might
be a bit of disturbence if the won't be able to vote.

I am sure that any <18 year old kid who runs Linux knows much more about
the subjects which will be discussed than the avarage Compurter Salesman
who only sells WinBlows and knows his way around DOS, but that's the law.

Ok.
