It's the xkb extension of X11R6.1; you're using X server of this version,
whereas all the rest of X11 - from R6. Upgrade entire X, and you won't see this
warning. However, it should cause no problem as is. What kind of keyboard/mouse
are you using? Check the "Keyboard" and "Pointer" sections of your XF86Config.
