Help !!!!!

Hi,

I'm trying to install the slackware linux on a 686 pc with 16 MB of memory
and have some weird problem. I'm intalling it on drive D of thee PC which
have 500 MB for the linux. I've repartitioned it using the MS-dos fdisk,
and created a boot (bare) and root (color) disks. At this stage I've
started the system from the flopies and used the unix 'fdisk' to finish
repartition the system for unix. When I exit the fdisk the system stop
working and writes:
"Unable to handle kernel NULL Pointer dereference at virtual address
 c0000015
 current -> tss.cr3 = 00eeb000, %cr3 = 00eeb000
 *pde = 00102067
 *pte = 00000027
 Oops:0000
 EIP: 0010:00123f04
 EFLAG:00010202
 ....
(some other cell addresses and stack)
 ....
 Trying to free nonexisting swap-page"

The last message returns whenever I try to restart the program. Can you
help me solve this problem ? Is it my stupidity, an instalation problem,
or a hardware problem ?

Please email the response to this address (I'm not a member of the
discusion group). Please help me cause I need the linux.

	Thanx, Gaby.
