This is no reason to be againt ATI per se. How many hardware vendors *do*
care about Unix or any other non-Micro$oft OS?
I own an ATI Mach32 board and it operates with Linux and X11R6 with no
problems at all; and I did hear about quite a lot of people using the
Mach64 with no problems.
Try to fiddle a bit more -- that's what the Linux spirit is all about!
