OK, your problem splits into two parts:
1) Get smbprint script to work (i.e. setup /etc/printcap to call it
   automatically whenever you use lpr)
2) Then, modify the input filter to preprocess the postscript documents to
   the LJ format

The first step is described in the samba docs, the second one - in the
Printing-HowTo.

I suggest you to begin with latter (sending to /dev/null and copying output to
/tmp/blabla and checking it's in the desired format).
