Complete registration of an Amuta takes years and money, I know, I have
two on my records.
Depositing a request is simple and is enough to legally collect membership.
So do not sell anything, you got this stuff as a gift, offer it as a gift
to the first 120 or 250 people ready to pay membership.
Otherwise you need MA'AM status and more.
If you **MUST** sell, then it **MIGHT** be possible to find an umbrella,
a bona fide registered AMUTA, such as the Israel Academy of Sciences,
or the Israel Maths or Physics Society, or even one of the bodies such
as MICHLOL or AQADEMON owned by Students Unions or Universities (even if
like MICHLOL, operated by Steimatzky).
I believe however that my first suggestion is less headache.
