Erez,

The AS-255 *should* have ARC console on it. Do:

	>>>set os_type nt

then power cycle. It should come up in ARC console, from which you can use
the normal method of booting, ie linload.exe -> MILO -> LINUX kernel.

Note that there's no MILO or LINUX support for the PowerStorm (TGA2) video
controllers that might be shipped on a 255; plug in an SVGA, like an S3-based
Diamond or #9 or ELSA board, and all should be well. If it has a ZLXp-E1,
ie original TGA, then support *does* exist in MILO and LINUX, but you'll
need to go elsewhere for a TGA X server, ie gatekeeper.dec.com in the
pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/X11 directory, be sure to read the README with the Xtga
server.

Look on gatekeeper.dec.com:pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/Miniloader for the latest set
of documentation and MILO images; MILO's from the RedHat 2.1/AXP distribution
could *not* be booted by SRM console, newer ones can.
