Where is linux/version.h
Hi.
I'm pretty sure this is a dumb question, but what the heck ...
I'm trying to build a2ps. This is what I get:
pc-matat-1:/home/oscar/a2ps-4.3# make
cc -c -Ae -DSYSV -DLPR_PRINT=FALSE -O a2ps.c
*Initialization*:1: missing token-sequence in `#assert'
In file included from /usr/include/endian.h:34,
from /usr/include/ctype.h:43,
from a2ps.c:110:
/usr/include/bytesex.h:6: linux/version.h: No such file or directory
In file included from a2ps.c:111:
/usr/include/sys/types.h:4: linux/types.h: No such file or directory
In file included from a2ps.c:112:

from a2ps.c:115:
/usr/include/errno.h:27: linux/errno.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [a2ps.o] Error 1
It seems to be looking for linux/version.h. I can't find such a file.
What am I doing wrong ?
TIA.
