You can find fonts at the following places on th Hebrew Unix Archive:

http://www.cs.technion.ac.il/~gil/Hebrew/fonts/
http://www.linux.org.il/local/Hebrew/fonts/
ftp://ftp.cs.technion.ac.il/pub/ssl/Hebrew/fonts/
ftp://ftp2.linux.org.il/pub/linux/contrib/local/Hebrew/fonts/

look at netsc2heb_sgi.tar.gz or at H.fonts.tar.Z
There aren't any very new fonts there, but all the freely available
fonts I know of are there.
