I haven't been subscribed for long to this list, but from the little I have
seen, the list is not focused on usage of Hebrew. The majority of posts
I have seen were general Linux questions/problems/discussions that are
independent of local language.

Interesting enough, Arabic and Hebrew share some common charectaristics
they are both written from right to left. Arabic is more complex, since
the shape of some letters changes according to their place in the word.
Nonetheless, if there is a solution for Hebrew, it may be a very good starting
point for a solution for Arabic.
Therefore, I disagree on this point with Omer.
Anyway, the question has been if we welcome them to this list, if they
choose to join it, and not whether this is their best possible option.
