RedHat glint problem

Hello all!
After more than a year of intensive use of Linux I'm still a lurker in some installation related areas, so take my apologiez.
I've changed my Slackware box to the RedHat one ( RedHat that comes with Nov 95 5-CD set, version 2.1 AFAIK).
Every thing goes just biutifully except this:
1)	After uninstalling glint by mistake, I installed it again with rpm.
Now it doesn't work with console message like "/usr/sbin/glint: ./glint.yp: No such file or directory!".
File glint.yp exist in the directory of all glint modules and have read-execute permissions. rpm --verify does give nothing. What is wrong?

2)	man -k known_command does give nothing, where known_command is any exist command. man known_command does work properly. What to do?
	Regards,
