I had the same problem, but I use Interactive Unix, so I need to use BDF
files (they describe the font's bitmaps, but in ASCII characters), so I
just cut and pasted the 224-250 characters into my normal font (which has
proper ACS chars), and loaded that.  If there's interest, I can mail the
finalized version (in 4096 bitmap format, as that seems to be the Linux
standard) to the list.
