Since money is needed to pay for booth, why not arrange with the
organizers of the shows to be the umbrella? In other words, have them
give the volunteers few receipt books, let the volunteers sell the journal
issues and turn over the proceeds to the organizers as payment for the
booth and for phone usage.
If there is surplus money, let the show organizers keep it as a deposit
to pay for a booth in the next show.
