I think we should try and approach one of the bigger ISPs about this,
Euronet, Netvision... I know they use Linux a lot themselves.

I'll be happy to take that, but we'll have to check into the matter of the
CGIs involved, like the user database and archives, please call me on the
phne, and we'll see how to do this.

that doesn't solve your problem with commercials and my get you into
trouble for hosting an external domain, I'd advise against it.
