Shay,
in SunOS you may have this situation, because there these idiots put
the tcsh in /usr/local/bin/tcsh, and /usr may not be available after
some network crash (if we assume that /usr is an NFS drive).  In
Linux, where the tcsh is in /bin, this situation may not happen.
