According to a message which I got from Bezeq, my area (area code 03, 
Petah Tikva area) is covered.  Installation cost:  850 NIS, monthly 
charge:  same as regular phone line.  (I have to ask again to be sure I 
was not misled!)

This is indeed the tricky part.  I was informed that Actcom is waiting 
for ISDN lines which were ordered almost a year ago.  When they'll get 
those lines, they'll offer ISDN dial-in services.  The price they 
estimated was the same as for Netvision but apparently they'll recompute 
the price after they start operations and know the real costs involved.  
$7 per hour is indeed very high price.

Nowhere firm&at reasonable cost to connect yet.  I am not going to jump into 
the ISDN sea without having somewhere to connect.
