It basically is FVWM, but it comes with a beautiful collection of colored 
icons, as well as a much more handsome version of GoodStuff.

Of course you can just download the icons and use them with FVWM if you 
want. 

I agree, by the way, that FVWM can look excellent too, if configured 
properly, which most people don't take the time to do.
