You have two options regarding what to do.

I assume you do not have a Class C (or any other) network. This means
you do not have your own IP addresses. That means the win95 machines
cannot really be on the net. However, you can fake:

1. If Netscape is enough for you, simply run a proxy on the Linux machine.
That way you don't have to fool around with any networking information.
This is the easy solution.

2. If you DO need other services, you must set up IP masquerading.
Read about IP forwarding and masquerading. Linux Journal had a good
article about this not long ago. This is the complex solution.
