Well, you just have to put on some working gloves and dig dipper:
Check at /.../src/linux.../net/inet/arp.c - it's there.
Basicaly it looks like a problem of a request formed with wrong protocol.
I guess that it is caused by some kind of requests that coming through the
dialup connection to Netmedia, that somehow are being misinterpreted by
the arp "deamon". It's probably have something to do with your LAN/WAN
configuration. (Well, I know it's not much of a help...)

Anyway - I don't think that Netmedia customer support will be much help
on this - even we at NetVision (with MUCH better support) just don't know 
everything ;-)
