That's for static news feed; but you can use dynamic sucking feed, i.e. getting
news items that users _read_. Given you reject *.binaries.* & 1-2 weeks
expiration time set, you can easily end up with ~10MB/day and 200MB total disk
usage for spool. Take a look at <http://world.std.com/~netwin>
