I know Snunit solved it. The problem is, as Alex said, they solved it in 
a way that sends the hebrew -correctly- to the server. Alas, mIRC users
need the hebrew to be sent -backwards- so Windows will reverse it.

Since I do hang out on #snunit, I can see Snunit's hebrew. 
However, I've just wrote a script to add mIRC-like Hebrew to ircII
(which reverses hebrew from the server - thus rendering Snunit hebrew 
unreadable). The script works, except that it still reverses EVERYTHING
on a line that contains hebrew, and as it seems, mIRC only reverses 
hebrew words. I'll change the reverse function to do it selectively 
word-by-word so it'll work.
