The last answer I would expect to hear from a Unix user!
Using NT without NTFS means no file protections. Its just like saying that a
Linux user should always work under root on his personal machine. It also
means your cluster size is much smaller than under FAT (NT does not support
FAT32 yet).

Yes, FAT might be slightly faster (NTFS is fast enough for me) but I had
enough of FAT.
