First of all, I wish to thank Ariel for his detailed information.

According to a message which I got from Bezeq, my area (area code 03,
Petah Tikva area) is covered. Installation cost: 850 NIS, monthly
charge: same as regular phone line. (I have to ask again to be sure I
was not misled!)

This is indeed the tricky part. I was informed that Actcom is waiting
for ISDN lines which were ordered almost a year ago. When they'll get
those lines, they'll offer ISDN dial-in services. The price they
estimated was the same as for Netvision but apparently they'll recompute
the price after they start operations and know the real costs involved.
$7 per hour is indeed very high price.

Nowhere firm&at reasonable cost to connect yet. I am not going to jump into
the ISDN sea without having somewhere to connect.
