Easy,.... Contact your ISP and/or if you *are* a provider, ask your main 
provider (who you get your service/pipe from).  They should be able to 
tell you if they can supply you with a newsfeed.

Another way of doing this, is to also ask or pay another provider for a 
newsfeed.  That is in the event your provider does not have news services.
But, you will also need a dedicated pipe/line to the net otherwise the 
provider you choose to get a supply from will automatically drop your 
feed IF they see a bottleneck happening ( basically IF the artilces back 
up without you receiving them).
So there are more things to consider here.  Its great and pretty straight 
forward to set up and maintain. But the killer is you really need a good 
size dedicated link for a full newsfeed.
