Netscape plug-ins
I download the new version of Netscape (3.2 if I correct) and as
before, although I select a Linux version with plug-ins, I get
a naked one.
The README file tell you, plug-ins are available for all unix platforms,
except Linux, due to a MOTIF licensing (I don't understand. Not all other
Unix, are licensed for MOTIF. Anyone ?).
OK, so you need to get the helper applications one by one and put it
on Netscape settings. But Netscape dedicated helpers and integrated functions,
are some time work better and smoother, than when you peek various utilities
for every function. An example is the Netscape version with a built in
Internet-Phone.
Does someone knows, a kind of, plug-ins package for Linux Netscape, or
Netscape already bundled with all plg-ins ?
Thanks,
Shlomo.
