Re: Another meeting ?!

Hi.

I think having a meeting is a good idea. Even if we won't participate
in a show, there's a lot to talk about. I know I have one subject
I'd like to lecture and demonstrate (Linux GUIs). I prefer Jerusalem,
but I don't insist on it (as long as I have transportation...;-)).

The options of being commercially funded (Yggdrasil etc.) are pretty
attractive. If we can get funding from these, I'd say we're all set.
This time, let's start thinking and organizing NOW, and not two weeks
before. Some of the things we have to check out:

* Price of booth
* What the shows are about (we don't want to be in a show about Windows...)
* Commercial funding
* Linux CDs. Let's have a lot of these ready for sale at the shows.
* Better info-pages. Maybe even color.

By the way - can anyone who has or knows a Linux support BBS send
the name, number and description of that BBS to me? I'd like to
compile a list for it, and post it in our home page and at my
BBS. My BBS is the NOS BBS, at 02-435-176 24hrs 1 * 14.4K.

Let's get movin'
