Voting, etc...
Hi.
Here are the votes I've received up to now:
Jerusalem: 15
Tel-Aviv: 22
Time: 2/6/95
Come on, people! Do we have a room or not? All this voting
is nice, but without a room it's Jerusalem or bust! Any comments?
I suggest someone post a list of the donators and of the financial
situation, etc. how much more do we need...
There's one more thing we have to discuss: Even if we DO make enough
money to have a booth in Computax, do we:
(A) Have volunteers to sit there for three days?
(B) Subjects to talk about and brag?
(C) Some sort of connection to show Linux's net connectivity?
Let's get thinking... It'd also be smart to have a list of physical
volunteers for Computax.
Once again, I kamikaze (Marc Volociv (C) All Rights Reserved 1995) myself
into handling it. Send me mail to: roji@cs.huji.ac.il
with the info:
Date: ...
Hours: ...
Stuff I know: (we need people who can demonstrate and tell stuff).
I think this is necessary, so mail me or post your comments.
Oh, and about Linux T-Shirts: Great idea! Let's have a Israel Linux
type of T-Shirts to show we're here... ;-)
Good luck to us all,
Shay
