Haven't had any problem - 3.1 & 3.11 both (NOT Hebrew). Sorry, it's unrelated

AFAIK, the SW _emulates_ the i486 CPU, whereas Wabi (as well as WINE)
_translates_ the MS API calls to the Xlib functions. And that's why SW is MUCH
slower than Wabi. And that's why (given the emulation is perfect) there
shouldn't be any problem to run any version of Windows on it (well, probably the
specific fonts should be present), Win95 as well.
