Re: X-Windows for Windows 95

Evgeny Stambulchik <fnevgeny@plasma-gate.weizmann.ac.il> suggested the
MicroImages MI/X Server, available from the following URL:

http://tnt.microimages.com/cgi-bin/mixdl.pl

It is a free X server w/ twm for Win95. You'll need to add some fonts,
cause it comes only with misc/.

Before trying to download it from there, ask Evgeny if he still mirrors
the relevant files in http://plasma-gate.weizmann.ac.il/~fnevgeny/

My experience:
1. I could open xterm's, xclock's, xeyes's.
2. But when trying to run ghostscript and the like, the software crashes
due to attempt to access an illegal page in virtual memory (the Win95
   version of GPF?).
