Here are a couple of UNIX aliases to let your price list (or any
DOS-encoded hebrew text files?) to be read under X11 using Hebrew
fonts:

alias hcat perl -npe "'tr/\200-\233/\340-\372/;'"
alias h+ 'hcat \!* | env LESSBINFMT="*n%c" less'
