majordomo does not know how to make up new recipients. If someone (dorky)
does something like a crontab entry to mail every 5 minutes 5 empty
messages to linux-il using perhaps sender masquerading in Java or other
horrors (such as telnet connections to SNMP) then you get this wonderful
effect. Also, mailing list programs that run amok do this.
