Depends on what you mean:
MySQL (http://mysql.netvision.net.il/) and PostgreSQL
(http://www.postgresql.org/) and possibly others have their own ODBC
drivers for Win95/NT. Basically, you can write your own ODBC driver for
any other Linux database that is a TCP/IP server.
I've heard about ODBC for UNIX, but I don't know much about it. I think
that a couple of vendors sell ODBC stacks for various UNIXes commercially,
and it's possible that some have them for Linux, too.
