Kernel Configuration.

Hello All,

I have few Linux machines and on each one of them there is a
different version of the linux kernel, as I try to optimize the kernel
on each machine for it's purpose. There are also systems without the
/usr/src/linux directory.
The problem I have is the following:
I have running Linux box and I want to know the configuration that was
used to build it.
(The problem is that I build the kernel on one machine that compile
the kernel very fast then I ftp it to the other machines and left
without the configuration file and Makefile (SMP flag is in the
Makefile).

Is there a /proc/kernel/config file or similar that will enable
the sysadmin to know what are the kernel config options that
was used to build a given running kernel ?

If no answer, I'll post it to kernel-development list.

Thanks

Erez
