Hi,

Certainly not to flame or anything, but could anyone point me to
a *current* environment (i.e. something they know to be used TODAY)
which supports ONLY K&R?  As far as I remember, even back in the 4.2
BSD days on VAX-11/750 we allready had gcc with draft-ANSI support.

Did the original poster really refered to K&R syntax?

And as for converting existing code to ANSI style - there are tools
to do that.

Not compulsory, but certainly more convenient (for me).
