Tell this to Netvision. When I asked them to give me a fixed IP,
they called it "MultiCall PPP" or something similar, and demanded
$250-$300 (I don't remember exactly) per month !!!

They have the biggest pool of modems in Israel (I never had a problem
to catch a line!) but it is still not a reason to give us fixed IPs
free of charge.

The only dying thing for now is guys like us that want a fixed IP.
