RE: Don't Be Soft On Microsoft

Not necessarily. If there are killer applications for Linux (such as free
Web server, free C++ compilers, free circuit analysis software or
whatever), then can slowly encourage people to have two PCs at home,
networked together: one to run MS-Shit, and the other - to run Finnish
Gold with X-Windows goods. (This may be a silly question - but is there a
free X-Windows server which can be activated from within Windows 3.11
and/or Windows 95?)

Well, AAMOF, there is an X-windows server for Windows 3.11 and there may be one which is specifically designed for Win32/Windows 95 (although the Win3.11 server can also run on Win95). I just don't remember what its name is and I think it is commercial with a trial version. If you're interested, I believe that Yahoo is a good place to start looking for it.
