Yes, inspect the optional fonts and character sets. One of them is hebrew
for terminals. You need to install that (it's a package). The option goes
into the boot options somewhere in rc.d. I think rtfm term is the best
choice. There is also a key table that you need to load to type hebrew
into the keyboard. Same place.
