BSD needs a whole partition for swapping if I'm not wrong. Linux can use
that (any Linux). X86: ask someone else. I suspect that installing Solaris
is going to be the 1st step. It could be predatory. The rest can be added.

LILO has a good reputation for managing BSD and Linux. Again X86 is
another matter.
Since you can't hack Solaris, install that first, and then try to add the
rest. I suspect that you will have a great time managing the Solaris and
BSD partitions (Linux is very flexible on this).
I know nothing of SCO, excepting the fact that M$ owns shares in that
company. Which means a lot to me.
