Full support for the 2940 was added in kernel 1.3.57. I have been
using them in servers at the Ministry of Education as well as here at
TclTek and they work fine. I have however heard from many people like
Alex who say that BusLogic is better. In any event, the BusLogic
distributor here is M.B.I in Ramat Hasharon. They are both technically
competent and reputable, although they do not appear to have Linux
experience.
