The GPLed Word Processor for Linux

While browsing idly the Linux-IL Web site, I encountered the URL

             http://sunsite.unc.edu/paulc/wp

which describes a project for developing a word processor for Linux.

My question: is there any Hebrew speaker in the mailing list associated
with the above project, who will ensure that the final design will allow
Hebrew documents to be edited without too much trouble?

Yes, yes, the basic object-oriented design should allow this. But as we
know there can be all kinds of small and annoying incompatibilities which
were overlooked by Left-to-Right-only minds, and which would haunt us
Hebrew writers and readers...
