No blocked children. The children are logged before and after the call.
You can't log a child 'before' the fork as the fork builds the child. All
logging is done by identical functions (one function) to one file. The
blocked child would either show up with ps (does not) or die somehow and
be caught by the zombie hunter (and get logged).
