Well, if there would be a FAQ, to find a place is not a big problem. There
is plenty of free web-space around, and if it is unsuitable, I suppose a
number of people (including me) would agree to donate a couple of megs ;)

as an example of how such a document may be organized. Not that it is
ideal, or that I suggest to copy it, but it is one example of something
like what Alexader proposes to do.
