Considering you meant 3.01 (I didn't hear anything about 3.1; Did
they give up the final 4.0 for UNIX and went back to 3.1 ? :-)
and wants more than displaying part of the Hebrew texts of part of
the HTML docs, there is a simple way, which will give you full Hebrew
support, input, switching between visual order and logical (Micro$oft
100% compliant), e-mail (send and receive) in both directionalities,
news, and even HTML authoring:

1. Download the Hebrew Netscape to one of your other UNIXes.
2. xhost +
3. rlogin <Irix/Solaris/x86-Sol/DEC-Alpha/HP-UX based machine)
4. setenv DISPLAY ...
5. hnetscape

I would love to port it to Linux, but the guys from Netscape decided
to discriminate Linux by not giving a dynamically linked version of
the Navigator for Linux (well, at least in addition to the current one).
