HTML 4.0 <-> Hebrew

Ok as you know finally it's out:
	HTML 4.0 Specification
	W3C Recommendation 18-Dec-1997
	http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/

It should support i8l Internationalization
What happens to Hebrew? Does it support Hebrew as well?
All this direction stuff?
Some has tried it? Any experience?

Today I'm not going to code something interactive for Hebrew sites,
since windoze users will get their input reversed, unless Eli
shares his tools with all surfers :-)

I tried to code some hebrew html in hebrew on my Linux but then there
were too many troubles with it, so I try to avoid writing Hebrew stuff
under linux, since I don't have and will not have windoze - the result I
don't write in Hebrew at all. pitty :-(

It's good to practice sometimes :-)

Thank you!
