Yes, I asked them too, and their attitude was very humilliating. Someone
named Opher told me that they can;t tell me
now what kind of card do they have because they might change it in month or
so (till the Bezek installs me a line)
and the new one might not work with Linux. Now, I told him that I can
choose a card which works with Linux
and they will have to pay it for me , and he told they won't do such an
extraordinary things, insinuating that
if I proceed with this topic he will disconnect. When I asked to put
someone more responsible on the line, he told
he won't and disconnected. Now I want to speak to their manager.
