have you tried reading the Printing Howto? it contains pointers to two
packages that make printing setup *relatively* easy. one is magicfilter,
the other is apsfilter. try any of them, maybe they have the info you'll
need, with out without some guessing as to what printer on their list is
similar enough to yours.

also, it won't hurt finding the latest (Seomthing like v5.3) of
ghostscript, and see if it mentions your printer in any of the supported
devices, as the default ghostscript that comes with most installations is
compiled only with some of the drivers that ghostscript can potentially
support.
