Re: RFC [Request for Comments]: selling linux-lp
Ok,
1) I don't like to sell free stuff either, but the diskettes are not free.
If they are free, then of course. The small revenue would have covered
transportation and the effects of not selling all the diskettes you would
have bought. If a sponsor jumps in, then, of course, no objections. Note
that I never tried to sell Linux-lp to anyone. The older version is on
linux.org.il and sunsite. The newer version will replace those 2.
2) I do not have an URL as I haven't uploaded it yet. I have to do some
major overhauls in my systems at home as I can't compile the 1.2.13 kernel
with the new gcc as it is now. Then, write some sort of howto and prune
the rubbish from the intro I wrote for the 1st one. Probably next week.
