logrotate is run by cron, which in turn runs of course as uid 0 if you
don't have mars (Netware emulator) running or not creating logs, it is
fairly possible that just removing the mars logfile from the logrotate
config will be the easyest way. check out /etc/logrotate.conf, then
/etc/logrotate.d/ finally /etc/cron.(hourly|daily|monthly|yearly)/
