No, look at AUTOBOOT file in RH4.2 (I saw it in official RH4.2 release,
you just put your CD inside turn on the PC, go to BIOS config and set boot
from CDROM first)

So you don't need boot diskettes!!!
There is nothing to do with Windoze features...!
