Ira - yes it's all you need - but it would also be polite to honor the
request of the owner of "147.233.128.1" who specifically requestted you
tio use a non-numeric name & to use ntp{1,2}.openu.ac.il instead
(currently 147.233.128.1 is ntp2.openu but will not stay this way ... )

also using stratum 1 time servers ( such as 128.139.6.1 ==
relay.huji.ac.il == ntp.ac.il == ns.il ) for a home system
(1 user ) is an abuse of resources and really shouldn't be done
(I explained at length & gave a refernce in a previous E-mail )
