Well, if m$ imitating Unix is the topic then take a look at NT resource
Kit -
it offers SU for NT, multiple desktop s (like fvwm and like w), a bunch of
POSIX correct programs like cat, ls, rm and (god bless) grep....
Oh, they also have there perl for NT and BAD beta version of a telned for
NT.

i really an't see the point of getting NT to run Unix imitation programs,
but i don't mind... ;-)
