Maybe you can use xterm, and set the font to a hebrew font (check the
Hebrew-howto on where to download and how to install one). Then they can
be visible although possibly reversed.
I don't know about virtual consoles, but you might be able to set the
character set to the Hebrew character set in the bios somehow. I don't
know too much about text terminals to help you there, but you should check
the standard documentation.
You should be able to type them using the alt+[ASCII code] scheme, as long
as the terminal is configured to handle them properly (again, I can't help
you much). In any case, using hebrew letters for filenames in Win95 is a
bad idea, and interactibility with Linux is another reason why one should
avoid it.
