new stuff the cat dragged in
package=linux.kernel.testing ftp.kernel.org:/pub/linux/kernel/testing ->
/home/ftp/pub/linux/kernel/testing
Got pre-patch-2.0.31-5.gz 800506
mama mia!! is that the bigest kernel patch ever or WHAT? I've seen them go
up to 400k, not 800!
other new things are the new glib in the contribs, as well as the new
squid 1.1.15
the LDP added a new howto tonight about Xfreee video frequencies tuning,
another about CD writing was updated, and finally a few mini-howtos, such
as NFSroot (if anyone is running RPL networks here...)
btw, I wrote an article about the IIX this week, and it is going to be
online sometime later this week. during the interviews, I found out tcltek
is actcom's hungryest client, with the sunsite mirror and all (%50 more
than any other client with a 64k line). I think the man deserves a hand
:-)
