Then why don't you make the RedHat 4.2 CD (with an updates section)?
This one is rock-stable (at least I never had problems with it). Just
get the following things on the CD:

	- RedHat 4.2
	- all fixes from the errata. I'm not quite sure whether you
	  may just throw those in the main RPMS directory. Just make
	  them in the separate one.
	- a bunch of kernels (2.0.27 - 2.0.33)
	- LDP

This will suffice. RedHat 5.0 seems to be damn buggy. I'm personally
gonna wait 'til 5.1 is out.
