pmfji,

I'm a Linux user (VBG) in Tel Aviv. I've joined this list recently. I've read
about your looking for stuff to attract attention at exhibits and recruit
'newbies'. I made a single-diskette Linux (root+boot) that is safe to use
(hdd access disabled) and has among others minicom, gawk, sed, a long tuto-
rial about Linux that should get a DOS user going and a menu system (user-
friendly). More than 2500 kB of compressed root (besides the kernel).

It's too late for the expo at J'lm but maybe the next one... ?

drop me an email,

	TIA, Peter

PS: Anyone hear about a company called acTVcom ? They install an ISDN modem in a building and give you a
install an ISDN modem and give you a fixed IP address for NIS 200 a month,
connection is 64k (split by 6 at full load), installation 600 NIS and if
there is a catch then I haven't been able to understand it from the contract
they faxed me. Any opinions ? (I'm NOT affiliated with them).
