AFAIK Linux isn't compatible with SCO, but iBCS  takes care on it.
Read iBCS documentation. No solaris x86 compability AFAIK, but 
right now SUN sells Solaris sources for educational institutes
for $100, so  I think it won't take long term ...

Yes.Yes.Yes. But it's independent project on each platform.
SPARC Linux runes Sparc-Solaris executables and they works nice .
Alpha Linux runes Alpha binaries and also Linux 80x86 binaries AFAIK.
Don't know much about MIPS .
