Xtoolwait - significantly speedup your .xsession

The low tech version is to do things like:

( sleep 5 ; xterm ) &
( sleep 10 ; xclock ) &
( sleep 15 ; xosview ) &

in your .xsession, putting the clients you want first with the
shortest sleeps, and experimenting with the sleep times to get each
one to start after the previous one comes up.
