Yes, if you have an Intel Triton board and enable the option when
compiling the kernel. Also rtfm hdparm. By the way, as far as i see it the
turning on of the UDMA is a risky business. I'd do it with a test
installation (partial) and for a longer time (24 hours with test program
?).
Also, please peek at the archives of the group on linux.org.il, we talked
about this previousy (swish will oblige).
