Also "Mrs. Vanderbilt" by Sir Paul McCartney, for linguistically
challenged. Probably refers to a member of the same family.

The only Colgate that comes to mind is Sterling Colgate, a well-known
physicist. Yes, related to the toothpaste (unless sold his stake; he
was once involved in a discussion on fluoride abundance in cosmic rays,
and promptly accused of plotting to put it all into tubes), but I have
no idea what his relation to RH Linux is.

To Meir's other questions: http://www.redhat.com and search for any RH-related
info, rpm's etc; you can actually search the FTP site for the rpm you need;
http://www.redhat.com/support/docs/rpm/index.html contains an RPM-HOWTO
and other rpm-related documentation (must be ftp-able from pub/redhat/docs
as well).
