linux with win95 with ontrack DM

I have a complex situation.
I have 486dx2-66, 8mb memory. 1.6mb WD disk
with bios with NO lba, thus using Ontrac
Disk manager 7.5.

I have 2 Primary partitions:
1. Dos 420MB
2. Win95 500MB

So i switch between them just by using fdisk
and changing the active flag.

I'm looking to install linux (redhat 4.2), what is
the best partition strategic in such a situation?

I tryed to create extended partition with 2 logical
drives. 400 for native linux part and 20 for a swap.
But then i could only load linux via loadlin from
dos, since installing lilo in MBR destroyed my
Ontrack DM.

So best solution i think is to make somewhy that
lilo will be loaded after DM or will load DM before
booting via DOS or Win'95.
