scsi: aborting command



Hi for all. 
One more question ( I know , I know its to much :-) . ) 
 
Finale my Linux see the scsi adapter , but when I start the computer I get:
 
scsi0: Adaptek 1542

and its back to loop
 
ADAPTEK AHA1540CF/1542CF adapter and SEAGATE ST4300N 3GB 
Does anybody know what does it mean, and what I have to do?
 
P.S. I know about RTFM I read it. :-(
