Poor system. Gilli, sweetheart - "I am having" means "I am fucking".
You probably meant "I have" :-).

Why? This is not a joke question, either, sweetie. Your description
sounds jolly like W95-user-par-excellence. Are you installing Linux
because "every _POWER USER_ is installing Linux?

If you are that and if you are installing Linux because of that, WAKE
UP

However, to give you the benefit of the doubt, here goes:

No, this is impossible. Linux is an OS, not an app.

No, you can use your current drive. However, I suspect that the entire
current drive is used by W95 and so, you MUST repartition it to
install Linux. In effect, this means that you will have to use another
drive or reinstall W95 after a repartition. I suggest using a second
drive.

In your case, I suggest RedHat. Debian, imho, is better (HOLD FLAMES,
people, I wrote "IMHO". Well, IMNSHO). Slack should be right out, it
is more trouble than it is worth.

A word of warning. Read well before doing things. Read better before
asking FAQ on this list.
