Hi
I had a 486DX2 and upgraded to a pentium 233 mmx ( which requires a
TX board)
linux just booted o.k. with the kernel compiled for the DX2, and also for
a new kernel i just compiled.
so it seems that linux supports a TX board.
sorry i can't help more
btw: does anybody know what i have to do in redhat4.2 after compiling the
kernel
i copied the zImage file to /boot/vmlinuz and also the System.map.
is there any other file I should copy ?
i get a unressolved modules warnings.
could it be because i forgot to rinstall lilo ?
