Okay, Linux server is installed in the Shaar HaNegev College. Temporary it
is located in one of computer classes. Firstly, I ran FTP session from the
nearest computer and secondly - from my home via PPP protocol to Shiva
connection manager and after it to local network.

From local network I had Upload/Download 680K/80K speed. And from home
3.8k/1.5-3.0k
