For some time I use next strategy : before calling somewhere I
do 72 to MY destination number; then I call there and use it.
after using the line  - 73 ( to disable 72 ...).
During this time I have no call waiting !!! ( ALL calls are transferred
to my destination , which is BUSY ) so all the problems are solved .
