I have downloaded the NAVIGATOR 4.03 "Professional Edition" from
ftpwww.huji.ac.il, and here is what I got, from
Edit->Preferences->Advanced.
And this is why I asked if anybody knows how to set up proxies.
Now clearly both of you have a different version, so may I ask instead,
"WHERE SHOULD I DOWNLOAD NAVIGATOR/NETSCAPE 4 FROM, TO FIND A PROXY
SETUP MENU IN THAT VERSION?"
Perhaps the Hebrew U. server keeps a special version?
