Frame-Relay ISPs in Israel.

The following is quite off topic, so if you're no interested: don't read &&
don't flame.

I'm going to order a Frame-Relay connection for a home use. I'd like to hear
from anyone who has any experience with Israeli ISPs supplying Frame-Relay
services, in terms of : cost/bandwidth, actual bandwidth received, how many
(if any) IPs did you get, any limits on the service, did they register a
domain for you as part of the package, what CIR level do you get for this
price, how much do they charge for initial installation.

I was looking at actcom's site for their prices and they seem to be the
cheapest around, however I don't have any tech-specs on what I actually get
(gona call them later) so if anyone has specific experience with them, please
respond as well.

For the sake of reducing noise-to-signal (actually increasing) ratio on the list, please respond by private mail.
