There was a problem with the Machba SMDS today, which has caused various
routing problems. I see it stopped at TAU HSSI interface, which could
explain it. Are you still experiencing these problems ?

P.S. I don't know if you didn't do it, but it is advisable to contact your
     WAN team at the Technion Computer Center, who can tell you if a
     general or specific networking/routing problem exists.
