We have this one at my work place. NT uses some kind of MS authentication 
method so you can not dial to it with not MS machine.

>From other hand we are moving to cisco dial-up server with tacacs  and we
will do  call-back IP and NETBUI over ppp. It already works. 

Switch to cisco and I'll help you with configuration :{)
