Re: pcmcia support



First why redhat 4.2 install redhat 5.1 or 5.2 with newer pcmcia drivers.

I had teh same problem with my laptop and I have solved it after long
struggle with adding
PCIC_OPTS="do_scan=0 irq_list=5,10,11"
to /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia.

You need to set the irq_list to the irq's used bye your pcmcia devices.
