I have some experience with RAIDion LTX 8.6 PLUS from StreamLogic (on
Solaris, though). It works seamlessly, and you get source code for the
drivers, so I doubt you'd have problems with Linux. Up to ~200GB, Hot
swap, Redundant power supplies, RAID 0,1,4,5,7.
