Well, I still, after working about 4 years in Linux, made full upgrade
only once - the beloved aout->ELF transition...

But good GUI means easy. Just hard to find a good one.

Well, seems his experience just didn't fit into experience_t type, and
overflow resulted.

You want to know why? Simple.
Because Linux (with people of Redhat, Caldera, etc.) tries real hard to
move towards the plain simple dumb user. User that word "vi" makes him tremble,
and that thinks that mount is command to show XXX pictures...
And from the side of FreeBSD I do not see such an effort. It still tries
to be elite. For my sorrow, it is way to death in the modern world. Or at
least way to marginals club.
You indeed do good for advertising FreeBSD. It is right. But no good is to
advertise something by telling "My X is good because it is so better than
Y", and telling it in Y-Users forum is also not so good... In real
advertising, AFAIK, in most countries advertising a product by claiming
some other (named) product is bad (or even worse than advertised) - is
illegal. ;)
