Try to download updated XFree86 servers. I know that 3.3.2.2 supports
this card (I have that version and I just checked). First run
"rpm -aq | grep XFree86"
to find out what XFree86 RPMs do you have to upgrade, then go to
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-4.2/updates/i386 and download
these RPMs in their newer version. Then run
"rpm -Uvh <all the filenames you downloaded>" to install them.

As a side question, why aren't you installing the newer Red Hat 5.1?
