sendmail & netvision

Hello,
I am new to Linux and maybe my question sounds stupid but I'll ask it
anyway:
I am a NETVISION customer and I'm having trouble sending email to other
Netvision users from LINUX (I am using slackware 3.3, pppd with
Netvision's script and - of course - dynamic IP and no domain of my
own... it seems that their SMTP server refuses to accept my address or
to give me permission to send mail not via mailgw.netvision.net.il
(I can send mail to people who have accounts with other israeli ISPs)
I tried to telnet to the SMTP server via port 25 and it seems that when
I give a sender address it checks for DNS entry for this domain, and
refuses to pass the message if it can't resolv it. naturally my
machine's name adds to my domain, so my address is not a valid one.
I am sure that there are Linux users who send email to netvision
customers even without having their own stable IP address and domain
name. I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to config my
system.

Thanx
