Well, the point he tried to made is that WINE directs the
applications' Winsock calls to the Linux TCP/IP stack. On the other hand,
DOSEMU does not do so, since it isn't aware of Windows 3.11 in the first
place. Thus, if you'd like to use a TCP/IP based Windows program in
DOSEMU, you will not be able to.
