Using the Uniform Industrial Corp.'s SC100-P ISDN card under Linux

Does anyone have experience in using the above card under Linux?

I use RedHat Linux, with kernel version 2.0.36-1, and I already installed
the isdn4k-utils-3_0beta1 package for working with ISDN under Linux.

When trying to use the above card, I found that the icn module finds the
card. However, when it's necessary to download firmware into the card
(by means of icnctrl), the firmware loader times out.

It's possible that the card is not supported at all under Linux, but can
anyone give an authoritative answer about this?

P.S. (FAQ): Why did I get SC100-P rather than Teles or some other
well-known name?
ANSWER: Because this was the card, which Actcom sold to its
customers, who ordered few months ago an ISDN line as part of package
deal, and who asked for a PCI card. (No, they didn't tell me ahead of
time which model it's going to be and so I couldn't check for Linux
compatibility or negotiate for a Linux-compatible card even if it would
cost a bit more.)
                                                Thanks beforehand,
                                                                            --- Omer
