I wrote my previous mail before I read this one. So first, good thing
about your present intent. Constructive efforts are often more beneficial.
I was just a bit ticked of that a very big thread on what is normally a
high -quality list of educated people was suddenly dominated by
mythconceptions driven by MS-hate. I am glad to see that normalcy has been
restored.
As for the other issues raised in this thread, concerning the existence or
non-existence of a Mikhraz, that is a different matter and more complex
also because Bezek is in the processof losing its monopoly, and also
losing its restrictions on competing in the communications market. Without
any more details about the nature of this deal it is impossible to say
whether there was any impropriety, or whether Bezek took advantage of some
loophole associated wits current interim state. These questions are
entirely outside the scope of this list.

In my view this is not about MS domination, it is about public access. As
linux users, I thought members of this list might see that as a Good
Thing.
