I tried it at home - no SCSI in general and no aicXXX in particular,
though. I had to fix a non-printable space in kmod.c in order to build
it.
The kernel is more or less OK. However, while using the Net, I found
some kind of slowdown of transfer. Also, Netscape (stock 4.04) started
hanging on pretty much every other connection attempt and it took
about 5-7 minutes or more to recover and display an error message.
