RE: upgrading from redhat 5.0 to 5.1

sorry if you got heart...

i just liked there utility that's all, for distribution i prefer
RedHat and not this Japanese distribution that most of it, is outdated.

if you want to install a bunch of rpm file from download that you have
put them all to empty dir, then run turbopkg and point it to that dir
select the paks you want to install/remove check in the option windows to 
"Automatically Resolve Dependencies" if some rpm is missing you get
a massage window so you can abort the install...

for me it work's all the time.

No!  Don't do it!  I had a horrible experience with TurboLinux. It was the
PowerPC version admittely, but anything that bad has to be from a completely
brain-dead company.  It was as if no one had ever tried to install the CD -
they
just wrote it and ship it.  Eventually I just download LinuxPPC, and that
works
great.
