I have (sort of).
I ordered it becuase debian's home page claimed (at least when I ordered it)
that it is the official CDs with contrib + the non-* sections as well.
However, if you'll check their home page (www.datom.de/debian) you'll see that
they can't ship all those sections due to copyright problems (Their home page
has a list of the packages that they do ship).
Furthere more. Today I got the CDs, and found that

This is the DEBIAN GNU/Linux 2.0 stable version. It's also known
as `hamm'.
This is by no means an official Debian CD. Since the official CDs
doesn't address the installation from multiple CDs yet, we have made
our own version. But beware, even our own version is
work-in-progress, so please don't expect it to work. Nevertheless
you'll have a complete and up-to-date mirror of the Debian 2.0 files.
Multi-CD Installation
Start the installation as usual (using a floppy or booting the CD directly).
Go through until you reach the `dselect' tool. Now you may use one
of the well tested methods. All main packages are on the first CD, this
way you'll miss only the contrib, non-free and non-US parts.
You may skip the step above and follow the instructions below:
Once you've done this, you may try to install the ``dpkg-multidisk'' package
from the updates directory:
mount /dev/hdc /mnt (or whatever or CD rom drive is)
dpkg -i /mnt/updates/dpkg-multicd*deb
If this succeeds you'll have a multi_cd method for installation and upgrade.
This method(s) should be sensible enough to handle multi-CD installations
(even if the CDs are somewhere in a file server ....). Due to the beta
state of the dpkg-multicd methods it is likly that you'll find updates
on our webpage http://www.datom.de/debian/.
Upgrade from bo
Since the upgrade procedure constantly changes ;-) we only point you to

upgrade directory.

Another, hopefuly small, matter about those CDs is that not all the source
files seems to be where they are claimed to be. In particular, the README.disk
says that the X11 sources are to be found in the 2nd CD. And, in reality, they
are in the 3rd.
Conclusions:
1) I hope I didn't make a mistake when I ordered from them. At least one thing
that might show their integrity and good intentions, though, is that they'll
let you pay only after you actually recieved your order.
2) How will you'll be able to get contrib + non-* sectins on the officail CDs ?
I maen, isn't it against debian policy ? And besides, are the well known US CD
vendors actually claim to have those parts on their CDs ? Is it legal for them
? (although I haven't checked lately)
3) If you, or anyone else, do want me to make a copy of those CDs - let me
know (as usual for this message, even here I got a disclaimer part. I don't
have a CD writer and I don't know anyone who does. Which means I'll have to
pay if I want the CDs to be copied)
