Eli Marmor's request to move discussions to the phone (was: RE: Hebrew support (was information))

Unfortunately, the phone is inaccessible to deaf persons. And they
too are interested in the Hebrew related discussions. For example,
me. And there is at least another deaf subscriber to Linux-IL about
whom I know. I know a third deaf person who installed Linux but I
don't know if he follows the Linux-IL mailing list.

Then use your secretary (you have one in your business, right?).
And reply only when you need to correct wrong statements about
your business. Or have your secretary write a FAQ and anytime
someone says something incorrect about you, ask your secretary
to remind the liar where he can find the FAQ.

About this I agree. The subject of Hebrew in Unix does properly
belong to the Linux-IL mailing list. And what will happen when
people will get tired of the thread and move to other threads?
A separate mailing list would be a single-thread mailing list meaning
that after the initial enthusiasm, it'll have no participants.

Have someone write a FAQ, put it in a Web site (perhaps even
http://www.linux.org.il/ - I think your donation of a booth to Computax
would justify putting semi-commercial stuff there).

Except that deaf persons will be completely cut off.

... and deaf persons (how about adding also "shote" and "katan" to "cheresh"
as people disqualified to communicate with Eli Marmor, because stupid people
and minors are as time waste for him as forcing him to waste lot of time writing
E-mail)?
