If you are talking about distribution, you can buy or burn the CDROM and
install from there
If you don't want to use boot/root floppies for the install process there
are distributions with AUTOBOOT file in the root of CD, (I have seen it on
Official RH4.2)
So modify your BIOS to boot from cdrom and reboot - you are set
or boot DOS and start the install after cd ing to cdrom (don't remember
the name of the file)
And go read some docs, before you get flamed...

if you want lilo read the docs in /usr/doc/lilo-your-version
