I suspect the one-word answer to your question is "no". Almost no games exist
for Linux, Office suites (which do exist) do not support Hebrew, etc and
the surfing sites which require certain plugins is impossible as few plug-ins
exist for Linux.
Having said that, the OS itself is superb and if you can live with a dual
boot config for games (W95) and work (Linux) - something most users do -
it is a very good and stable solution. Some people went as far as buying
an additional computer for game playing and using Linux for work and
Internet (plugins are required mainly for sites with games on 'em anyway).
