1. i'm an isracom support man, and i do think alon was right to not enter
the spamania :) some pepole can call it simple state of fact, but all of
those talks and advertising does not belong here (hetz had a justify reason
to talk about that however becouse that was the original discussion),
however we have the best success rate after isdn.net and you can't deny it

well the iix line does matter also, but i havn't met an isp who gave bad
speed to the iix....
