linux friendly?well they might try to be linux friendly but to tell you the truth
i never came across any problems in the dialing procedure, not with them and not
with allmost any of the isp's i worked with...

it dosn't realy matter, because the lines in israel can only old 31.2 (analog
lines that is) so no matter if you get more then 31.2k its not real, because our
analogic line are not capable for such speed...
about bandwidth, i'd have to go on ISDN-NET, please consider that ISDN-NET use NT?
and i never tried the dialup procedure to an NT but there shouldn't be any
problem...
netvision and internet-zehav both dosn't have "the best speed" if your looking for
a good speed a good option is to choose a small isp with a large bandwidth
comparing to the number of costumers...
