1. Don't expect the service to be available (in the following
   years) except for areas that Tevel is the CaTV provider  :-(
   Only the infrastructure of Tevel allows this service (Tevel's
   is bi-directional, and the others will need years to replace
   their infrastructure). Some competitors claim that this change
   is easy, but I heard that it is too optimistic...

2. This "Fantasia" is not the only ISP. I think most of the ISPs
   will provide this service. Netvision already announced it will
   provide it (but only in bidirectional areas, i.e. Tevel's. BTW:
   Tevel holds 33% of Netvision's stocks). I tried to ask them if
   they will allow a live line and a permanent IP, but nobody had
   answers.

3. acTVnet prices are about 1/8 of the minimal prices to connect
   with a live line (i.e. frame-relay) to an ISP. Maybe their
   "treatment to people" is bad, but I think it is not fair to call
   their prices "unfair".
