yes, they will, 
but bigger blocks mean faster access

note that on a unix filesystems, the biggest file's size
is determined by the size of the block as well as the
size of the disk. the limit by the block size
is quadratic i.e. max_size=min(K*(block_size^2),disk_size)

( unlike in fat, which a file is limited only
  by the size of the disk)
