Err... Content-type: text/plain, I guess? No browser will justify it or
mess with it.

Guess what, we can compress it then ;)

Why just not to build web interface to RPM database? Or something like
that? Something along the lines of FTPsearch, maybe? We just need someone
to donate a big chunk of diskspace and someone to donate a chunk of
worktime ;)
Still, I believe there's a thing somewhere in the space already... Too
obvious not to be implemented yet ;) But maybe, I'm wrong. Then it needs
to be done ;)

I really hope you are joking here. "I don't like Porshe, because I can go
on feet to any place, given enough time"... But there's no place to start
a flame about it ;) Private mail, if you like ;)

Anyway, you needn't to swallow all the list every time
you want to see "which package the damn thing is in?" or "what is that
fujiyama-2.4.rpm thing?".

PDF is readable by ghostscript, xpdf and adobe reader, Word - *Office or
Applix* I suppose... About indexing - no info, sorry.

Well, concept of plain text is too complicated for some people. "Computer
== windows, text == M$word" is a common thing among those... I just wonder
how do they manage to operate their cars without "Start" button?
