Isn't this just a 'bit' true.
Documantation on Linux are SO extend that you basicly have a
1. do this ...
2. do that ....
3. done.
so you realy just have to rtfm to set a working linux station.

let me answer that in the old israeli way...
do you know of any office in israel (one that under a network
envire) that uses only MS prodacts , or NOVELL or solaris,AIX,IRIX,HP-UX or what ever to that ALL their needs ?
Thinking like you do is kinda like the ugly MS way ..... 'we want to be THE only OS around !'
this thinking is WRONG by source.
