What the problem? you can not do by hand ONE command?

Not good idea each time init card for different values, for what?!
may be you don't know that isapnp will init your card for values which you
will supply in config - it is not a stupid windows. If you will write
port=220 irq=5 it is always will be init to this values and you can
compile in it in sound module.
p.s. You change hardware every day? For what?
