Re: What UPS's available in Israel are recommended?

I do not have one single word of complaint against my APC 420, after at
least 3 or 4 years of faithfull and smooth operation, I even do not
remember.

And I *may* have a recommendation, having noticed that many people at the
Technion do not think about it, and sometimes need time to understand.

Use the UPS for the computer only, not for the display, which takes a lot
of power and does not need an UPS. To preserve the display from adverse
effects at power off/on, we use a simple relay which costs less than 50
NIS: when power goes down no power will come back to the display before
the user reactivates the relay.
