Exactly.

Sure, unless the autodetection went wrong. But the wide-to-narrow adapter is
more expensive than a 50-pin cable, and that made me wonder. One would do this
to be able to use the external connector (since only two of three are usable
simultaneously), but there are no external devices connected either...
