Re: OFF TOPIC : ISDN.NET and Linux.
all Israeli ISP's are hooked up to
1) the outside world through some big (usually american) ISP such as MCI
2) the israeli internet junction - so that mail from a computer in the
technion going to somebody in netvision wont have to go through the US,
thus taking some of the pressure off the international lines.
up until recently, the IIX functioned quite pathetically, but lately its
more or less ok.
