Nezeq again :-(

Hi !
I just got this mail from netvision and also it's
not linux-specail it probably should be interesting for
many of us . Here it go ...

From: corpsup@netvision.net.il

	Dear corporate customer,

There have been major problems with Bezeq Frame Relay Access
lines for the past two weeks at our Tel-Aviv site. These lines, which
connect many of our Frame Relay customers, have been locking up
and resetting frequently. The effect is that the router locks up
in some cases, or the access just does NOT come back up until
a reset is done to the Bezeq card and in some cases to the router.

We have turned to the highest administrative ranks at Bezeq and
also informed their top level engineers regarding these problems.
So far Bezeq technicians have changed modems, cards on the
switchboards, and rerouted the lines, but the problems have not been
solved yet, and they keep showing up regardless of traffic, specific
time, or any other common parameter.
We are tracking ALL the downtimes/problems and are going to use them
in order to push Bezeq to resolve this situation . For more information
from Bezeq you can call 164. Obviosly NetVision cannot be responsible for
Frame Relay network faults caused by Bezeq , but we are doing our outmost
to minimize the network downtime for our customers and are working
with Bezeq day and night towards resolving this situation.

We regret and understand all the consequences to the customers and, again,
will continue to do everything we can to provide the best service.

For any questions or information regarding this issue please send
	e-mail to wan@netvision.net.il.

	NetVision
	Networking Team.
