Well, I was at one ISP recently - we talked about establishing server. The
Linux solution was proposed (with little frightened look - like "Won't you
think we are weird supposing you that?") and accepted. Not the least of
Israeli ISP's.
So it depends on people, I suppose. Some just do not bother to learn new
OS, that's the main problem. And since there's no Sivan "Linux courses",
or something like M$-s "training" (AFAIK), that can be paid by company
and cost nothing to the person, the person has to self-educate. Not
everyone likes it. Especially when one has to do it on the cost of other
duties or copious free time.
