Time-Limited Marc Amnesty? (was: Re: Exhibition: Interim Summary)

In the following, Oleg made good points.

I suggest that we declare in the FAQ and advertise to the list that for a
limited time, newbie questios are allowed, tolerated and (gasp)
encouraged. Let's define "limited time" as 30 days after the shipment of
RH5.1 CD-ROMs has been sent to the people who ordered it.

With the CD's, it would be a good idea to add a flyer that the newbie is
welcome to bother Linux-IL until a certain date. After that date, he is
to contact individual volunteers (to be listed in the flyer).
