You may not remember but in the early days of PCs && M$, when Bill was
still changing MS-DOS's 0.0.1 dipers, he managed to get just about every
PC manufacturer in the states to sign a contract by which they'll HAVE to
sell MSDOS with every computer they sell, moreover, the contract said that
even if they didn't sell the OS with EVERY PC they sell, they'd still have
to pay M$ the licensing fee as if they did...what do you know....they all
signed it!!! But then again, I guess the US justice department wasn't vary
bright in those days...(or not motivated enough ??? $$$$ ;-)
