No. poor man solution is to mount under two directories and
symlink both directories under common "parent". Note that this
is generally a BAD solution because '..' in each subdir points
to its true parent.

a. You don't mount A DIRECTORY you mount a block device UNDER
A DIRECTORY.
b. Mounting devices under a non-empty directory hides the content
of that directory. It will be accessible again after a umount.

Think about mounting something under important directories like
/dev, /etc,... DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME :-)
