Hello all!

(before beginning my question, I want to mention that I am still
going to publish the announcement about the order of RH5.1).

One of the hottest development areas these days, is tools for
managing large web sites, links, versioning, groupware development
and design of a site, etc., everything through a web interface.
There are many competing tools, such as Web Integrity (of MKS),
Control (of Eventus), NetShare (of Netscape, part of SuiteSpot),
the combination of FrontPage + Visual SourceSafe (Microsoft), and
many others. The price of most (except Microsoft) range from $3000
to $30,000.

I tried again and again to find an open source tool, one which I
can customize, add Hebrew support, etc., but un-successfully. I
didn't find anything, although the issue is so hot. It looks to me
so strange, since many open source tools deal with web, for example
the most popular web server is open source, the most popular web
browser is open source, and even the most popular OS for Internet
servers is going to be open source (yes, Linux is replacing Solaris
and NT as the preferred OS for Internet servers!).

Does anybody know about such a tool? Or at least anybody who had
any experience with one (or more) of the tools mentioned above?

Thanks in advance,
