If it manages to connect - it's ok. I also suppose that you don't have IRQ
conflict.

My humble guess is that the same would happen if you were using windows,
the prblem is BEZEQ's one, since as far as I know, you're disconnected
from their switchboard.

As far as I know, you're apearing as connected in their SQL server.
After a while you're "unlocked". And they time online SHOULDN'T count this
locked time. Check it!
