Re: TCP/IP L95 <-> Linux fails on coax ether (10MB)

It may hurt, but it has a logging option that logs all the packets going
out and coming in and that is what I wanted. Of course I tried it directly
before that and it DID NOT WORK (direct TCP/IP using Netscape on TCP/IP
configured L95, no trumpet).

See answer above.
Note that I have done this before, and that it used to work. Why not now
? What can be different here ? Is it possible that the packet driver and
the ethercard driver that load at boot time come in the way of the windoze
drivers ? If so, why does the LED light when packets go out ? There are no
collisions anywhere in the panel, although the beast re-detects the bus
chipset every 5-6 boots, but then, that's the rule with this dinozaur.

PS: Way OT: I've run into the BG III == 666 thing again, and I 've been
thinking about its deeper Unix meaning. If he's 666 then he can read &
write himself, anyone who knows him can too, and any other person is also
welcome to read and write him. Now, what is the physiological equivalent
of reading and writing oneself...
