Which exactly problems are you having with CGI's outputting hebrew? Never
had any. I write my CGI's in plain old Emacs and never had single problem.
Inputting hebrew may be problematic - because all systems except Hebrew
Microsoft Windows (TM) are using visual representation of the hebrew,
while the said OS (I use the term loosely) uses the thing it calls "logical
representation" (which indeed coincides in some points with Unicode
stanard for bi-directional texts). I do not say it's good, but it's the
fact. The solution has to be found, and does not depend at all on the OS
the server is based on. NT as server has no special support for Hebrew,
AFAIK.

Then it's not Samba that is broken, I suppose? ;)

Well, if you need 4 weeks to read single HOWTO, you would probably earn
more in other fields of business... You know, computers is not the only
source of income. NOM, but would you try RTFMing instead of complaining
how hard it is? Maybe, it's not so hard as it seemed? And maybe knowing
more and being more professional is not just a nuisance?
Hey, list people, do you remember what I've said about self-education a
week ago? Here it comes.

Well, <AOL>mee to</AOL>. But I don't post messages like "how bad Linux
is since I can't read Word files". I try to find solutions. Some
solutions are found, some aren't yet, some are found, but I know nothing
about them. Then I ask.
ul> could collect all the solutions answerd here and put

That what was better to say, not "Linux is a shit of workstation because
it can't read Word files" but "Tell me, how can I read hebrew Word files on
Linux, if it's possible". Browsing Linux-IL list archives might also help.
