I know this tool. While it is nice and useful, it does not have
anything to do with the tools I mentioned. It is not a tool for
check-in/check-out, link management, etc. Instead, it is yet
another scripting language for embedding into HTML documents or
generation of new HTML files out of your code.
I am still looking for an Open Source tool. Although the prices of
the existing tools are not cheap (as I mentioned, in the range of
$3000-$30,000), their main drawback is the (obvious) lack of source
code. Web sites, mainly Intranets, require much customization,
which is hard to do without sources.
