I'm sure you could download it from some "warez" site. Don't know why you would
want to do this, but you could.
One hardware vendor I suggest you avoid is Compucenter in Jerusalem. One of our
clients ordered some computers from them. The harddisk on the computer we got
as a test platform died after a few months, and their componenets in general are
real garbage. The harddisk came with Windows pre-installed, of course, and with
the complete windows cd on the harddisk (so you could re-install if Windows got
trashed :) plus a copy of the office CD. And for some reason they also
installed Norton Commander.
