Actual Real-Life Linux Problem

  Hi,

Got a small 486 here running kernel 2.0.33. It's got 8megs RAM, 32megs
swap, and it ran fine till some idiot HAD to upgrade it (ok, it was me).

It's not running RH5, and keeps dying. Here's what my remote syslog
managed to capture (please excuse the long-lines):

This machine's not really doing much. A few people have accounts on it,
and it runs qmail. Other than that it's stock RH5 with the errata updates
(libc, etc).

Another thing is, the screen connected to the computer gets a WHOLE lot
more info, but it's mostly just more weird numbers. These messages do NOT
go to /dev/console, they're sent to the actual display.

Any help?

			Bye,
