anyone intersted in digested c.o.l.a. digests?
for a while now I have been rechopping COLA digests on a list no disfunct
on a server in Israel. I'm willing to reopen this service if enough people
seem interested, so please answer me privately if you are interested, and
if more than 8-10 users seem interested, I'll re-open the list on a new
server.
what is that list? well, I bet most of you know COLA (i.e.
Comp.OS.Linux.Announce), well, it has a digest (naturally), some guy sits
and signs each message with PGP and sends it out, but it's not filtered,
and lately there have been a lot of messages about local meetings mixed
with software announcements. well, to make it more useful to people here's
what I send in that list:
* the above digests, sans LOCAL messages, and if I have the patience, sans
PGP signatures.
* interesting things I see while surfing that are connecter to linux
(sites, software not announced in COLA, press releases or articles)
I guess that sums it up...
