when NULLED (so that 2 cards work together one vs. the other with no
hub) - pin 1 needs to be connected to 3 and 2 to 6. RX+ to TX+ same for
minus and vice versa.
BUT
inside the UTP cable, pin 1 needs to be twisted around 2 (TX+ amd TX-).
and 3 needs to be twisted around 6 (RX+ and RX-)
thats how I understood it. can someone here confirm or correct me?
