well to expand the subject to anyone who didn't understood yet, yes its
irriversible, but cracking it with a dictonary file, encryptes each and every
word in the encryption algoritm and then compares it to the ones on your password
file.

brute force is a pain in the a** and its highly unrecommendble, it too much
time...
