Really ?? So you'll just go and block Aol.com, or juno.com or alike
providers, which consist of a few millions of subscribers each ? And that
is supposedly good ?? I think this kind of solution is only usefull in a
small ISP, surely big ISPs and the academic consortium cannot afford to
use such a draconic policy.
