Re: A ReYou'll be the judge. (was: Hackers from leb.net)

Well, I have much to say, but I don't have time, so I'll skip the
explanations how I know that the packets which were sent were
innocent (part of the explanation was already written in past
messages of me), why Zona Research is not the one to count OSes
(they still claim that Apache has only 8% of the web servers :-),
why not knowing the difference between DoS (Denial of Service) and
DOS (Disk Operating System) does not make you a hacker (but
innocent), why Hans could not read the English version of the
article in HaAretz (I am afraid that this specific article was
available only in Hebrew), and many other small remarks and notes.

But one thing cannot be skipped: Hank is mentioned again and again
in Ira's message (BTW: why don't you continue to call yourself
Ayin Alef? I loved that nick; It makes you a hero from the Mossad
or something similar...). So I must clarify: Hank was a victim of
this bluff, exactly as all of us, as the reporters of Kol-Israel/
Maariv/HaAretz/Globes, and of course as Hans and Alex who were the
main victims. Hank received the messages only today (becuase the
address used was wrong), and immediately contacted me. I am glad
to tell the list, that his opinion is exactly as the opinion of
the members of this list (he was fed by false "facts"), but I
don't want to talk too much in behalf of him. I understood that he
would say what he has to say in a few days. And I also must say,
that we all owe him much, for being a pioneer of the Internet in
Israel. This was very ugly, for the security company, to use him.
I think that after Xpert was mentioned by newspapers on May as the
company which helped the victims of the real attack which happened
on May, the current "security" company, as a competitor of Xpert,
could not left behind; Xpert defends Israel from Neo-Nazis? So
now WE defend Israel from Hizbullah. VeLaAzazel HaEmet.

BTW: Does anybody know anything about a surprising jump in the
development of Wine? According to CEO of Corel (which joined the
project), till end of year (98, not 99!), there will not be a
Windows application which will not run under Wine! This is too
good to be true...
