Hi,

just to show some light at the end of the tunnel:

I got my Linux in Germany by just walking into a well-stocked bookstore
(loke all Steimatzkys in Israel in one place :-) and grabbing it off the
shelf. I even had to choose between the 5 important ones - and between
expensive & book or cheap and 6-CD-case !

So, that means that in a couple of years, when general literacy in Israel
will (hopefully) increase, we will be able to enter one of the
hopefully-to-be-established book stores and get a Linux for the normal
retail price.

So much for my Zionist side ...
