Offtopic: 100Mbit Ether.

Hi.
its a bit offtopic, but if Im gonna find some help its probbably here.
I got the 100Mbit cards all deployed on the network.
now Im into wiring.
made a couple of nulled UTP cables (~6Meters)- they work great between
any 10Mbit card to 10M or 100Mbit card. 100M --> 100M DOESNT WORK. the
cards are all ok, and when I plug the 4 wire nulled UTP cable in both
100Mbit cards the "100" led lights up on both ends.

these are Intel EtherExpress 100B PCI cards, modules are successfully
loaded (with all the self-tests in the module passed), ifconfig is ok
and routing table is fine too.
Kernel version is 2.0.34 final.

maybe the prob is that i should use all 8 wires for 100Mbit...
I couldnt find any material on this, although I checked Linux dox
(ethernet howto etc.), some related sites, as well as intel's site,
cisco's site and novell's site. nothing about 8 wires in RJ45 Jacks...

Ideas anyone?
