RE: local timezone question

Hi,

thanks for the file. I have a few problems, though:
1. I don't have a /usr/share/timezone (on a SuSE system), I just have the
/usr/lib/zoneinfo/Israel files (wich changed after using zic

2. I compiled the attached file, but the time zone didn't change to IST,
it remained IDT. The problem is that I use ntpdate and it sets the clock
according to summer time. Where do I change it to IST ? What program does
the change ? I do not use any time server besides checking my time with
ntpdate.
