All true (or is it?? hey, it is IRA you're talking to...probably one of the
most qualified experts in Linux world in Israel...but let's leave that to
you two)..however, su shouldn't put you in the new path, in-fact it also
shouldn't change any enviroment variables as well (look at the su docs)
unless you use 'su -'. That, IMHO, is a downside to Debian's su, since
sometimes all you need is momentary root privs...
