and what base you this claim upon? do you see the kernel as the only part
that comprises 'unix systems'?
just as an example, solaris prior to 2.6 is not y2K. not to mention SunOs
- for which sun requests over 600$ for a y2k compatibility kit and patch.
you all - beware, and run for your (put favourite OS name here)'s site,
and check them out. nothing seems to be y2k in these days. its each to
their own...
