The last time I checked, the only way to make DOS binaries under Linux was
to run Watcom or Borland C in dosemu, in command line mode, or use as86
for assembly, under native Linux. Both of these compilers cost $$$ but not
that much. I am quite certain that it is about 180 degrees against the
license agreement to run them like this in a public place.
