I don't know whether there was a Michraz, however a few days after Netscape
announced that it would make its source open to the public, Ha'aretz
published that some governmnent body is gonna ask for proposals to integrate
Hebrew with the Internet, which may very well refer to this project. I
remember it, because I thought it a shame that its timeframe was too tight,
and final offers had to be submitted before Netscape made its source public.
I reckon the only ones to submit an offer were Microsoft, since they're the
only ones with the true capability to develop it, until the free code.
