A warning to everyone reading this, I may be the exception to the rule, but I
ordered an Actvnet line over
4 months ago, aside from not getting it yet, I can't seem to reach anyone
there worth talking to on the phone
without threats, my messages are never answered and I keep getting the "don't
worry, next week you will be installed" reply when I finally do reach someone
over there is the customer support dept.

The straw that ALMOST broke the camel's back was when they promised to come on
a certain monday between 08:00-12:00, So I off course took a day off... to my
dismay they called at 11:30 explaining that my area wasn't even ready for
installation.

Bottom line is, being late isn't that bad and after hearing they had trouble
with Bezeq I totally understood... but they should atleast give minimal
respect to their customers, atleast as much respect at the POTENTIAL customers
receive!

Sorry for using this forum as a soapbox, especially since it's my first time
writing, I but i truly would advise all to be weary of Actvnet and their
promises.
