Go ahead, "discard the card". Passive ISDN cards are a remote cousin of
the analog Winmodem. too much to implement in software (it doesn't work as
bad as a winmodem, but it's still a pain). at least that was the case back
in 95 when I started playing with ISDN. Hetz, would you have more details?
