Re: Visa CAL [was : Need RedHat 5.1 CD]
Hi,
Basicly, every purchase you buy from the Net or through a phone and you
don't sign - you can cancel it, and the store can sue you if you lied.
You can report a fraud if you're sure, and then Visa (maybe) will stop
the deal and refund you. I'm not sure.
According to Visa Alfa (weird, they're advertising - but no web site) -
You're full insured.
In case companies like Amazon, you're purchase is 100% insured, and if
someone will be using your credit card number from a crack or something
- then you'll be refunded.
I would like to take this oppertunity to say this: Visa doesn't always
approves the purchase. They already blocked me twice without anything
related to money. They JUST blocked it (I called them and shout - it
helped :).
Anyway, VISA C.A.L wants to approve only the S.E.T protocol approved
purchased (contrary to the International Visa who wants you to buy
either using SSL, fax, or S.E.T).
