I may disappoint you, but I am pretty content with their service.
We've been using them for about 3 years and they seem to be more or
less OK. They used to sell us PCs with no Windows and I believe they
will continue doing that. The company is SGM. I highly recommend them,
but make sure you request a Linux machine from them and threaten them
to leave unless they sell you a Windozeless computer.
