If you wish to learn more of RTL in Netscape, join the i18n list in Mozilla.
There are a few people working on it in Israel and Arab countries. I think
they got it to display logical Hebrew. They're not anywhere near designer
support, and I don't think it's gonna be cross platform, there was quite a
thread about it. I hope someone with a bit of time from this list could join
the project. I'm, unfortunately, am swamped with work at the moment or I
would have joined (that's the original reason I joined the I18N group...),
