How, exactly, can one reset a jumper on the mainboard, if the case is
closed and secured, and what good would it do to any newer board, that
stores the extended BIOS configuration and the password (if set) in EEPROM
memory, which is not erased by removing the battery or setting a jumper
(especially not the password).
