It seems that your clock or timezone has not been set properly and make
thinks that the files you are compiling and the makefile, are coming from
the future. This might have happened because you screwed the clock before
reinstalling, and have files made 'in the future' then. Check out find and
sort for a way to get a complete list of files on the system, sorted by
date. Be warned that this will be a BIG listing.
Once you sort out the timezone problem, use the list to hunt down the
steenking files and touch them (command: touch).
The clock skew message is make's opinion on the origin of the problem. If
you run ntp and the master clock is screwed up (not likely) or your
system's time is set in the future, this can happen and is called a 'clock
skew'. It should go away with the other message.
