By the way, about modems and cluefullness and such... All such existing
nets seem to support only models of a modem they recommend (e.g., Teles) -
with their drivers (read Windows). Not that it is any good - for example,
microsoft fax doesn't recognise ISDN as modem, and so - doesn't allow to
send faxes via your ISDN lines.
For the topic of the list it means: if you don't use Windows95 - you may
get no support at all, and even no warranty your line would ever work.
They would just keep saying - "ohh, that must be your OS" - even if the
exact problem is cabling or some thechnical problem on their side. 
Also, I tried to talk with Bezeq ISDN support for more than a week -
nothing except answering machine. They don't seem to care much for their
clients... Well, that's Bezeq.
