E-mail have standards described in RFC (basically RFC-822)
Therefore you question does not have a sense.

I don't know about this sites but it is around 4-5 packages for
easy PPP configuration and accounting.
I made a pine_4.02A-heb-2.07.deb - somebody interesting in it?
