Well, what this guy has to do with Linux? Windows is installed on 90%
PCs', distribution-wise... And pre-installed on even more. Why just not
enjoy your M$WORD and The Microsoft Internet (TM)? One that isn't in
majority cannot be right, so you say?

You will be wondered of how many sites with white (or other one-colored)
backgrounds look nice. I'm working for web design company, though not
being web designer myself, and I know that too-fancy backgrounds and
overloading with "current technology" is one of the first designer sins to
avoid. You should use minimal privilege principle even here ;) And believe
me, no fancy background or JavaScript in the world compares to a good
designer with taste.

Well, the designer should. The one who is *working* while we are
chattering ;) But better if he would be a good designer ;)
Though, it is not the main issue for an informative site. Information
first, design last. We're not selling carpets, we provide information.
Someone may add/change design afterwards.
Presently, Linux.org.il is looking not bad in netscape, and perfectly
browsable by lynx. Well done.

Or just to take a casual look on the site to find an address of something.
When it might be done over bad link (wonder, they still are! not anyone
has E1 at home!), in a hurry, on friend's terminal, etc.

Also, lecture takes about thousand times more space (download time) in
audio format then in text. All because someone wants you to hear lecturer
scratching his cheek and coughing while takling...
