1. Please have someone carefully check the facts.
2. Assuming that the facts are what you say they are, I agree fully that 
   it is very bad idea to let proprietary protocols have monopolistic status 
   in Israel.
3. Is there any lawyer on the Linux-IL list (or who supports the ideals 
   of free software) who can get a BAGATZ to stop the agreement unless the 
   protocols in question become open?
4. There is also the "memuneh le'hegbelim itzkiim" and maybe we can 
   explain to him that protocols cause the same business restrictions as 
   more conventional means.
5. I agree to donate some money to the fund for legal fees, if money will 
   be needed.
6. There is indeed a big problem with the protocols for "logical" Hebrew 
   - all such protocols are proprietary, we have no free protocol at all.  
   This is intolerable situtation.
