Quite the opposite, I was suggesting that the alleged situation in the
Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the Technion doesn't reflect the
situation in all *.ac.il, I can speak about TAU, where I know exactly, and
I am also sure that HUJI and BIU admins are taking care of this issue.
About the others, I have no knowledge, but I am sure they will address
this problem.
