Israeli ISP which understands Linux?

I have a question to the Linux-IL members.
I work with a non-profit organization, which is having a LAN in its offices.
The organization now wants to connect the LAN to the Internet.
The organization uses the services of volunteers to maintain its network,
so it prefers to have the ISP install and configure a PC which will serve
as the gateway between the LAN to the Internet.

The demand for Internet access is such that a dialup ISDN phone line is
believed to be the most economical solution.

One ISP which the organization contacted suggested a gateway solution based upon
software which runs under Windows 95 or Windows NT. However, we'd like to use
a Linux based gateway/firewall.

Is there any Israeli ISP which has the relevant technical expertise?
