BTW, for all russian-speaking people that get indecipherable mail:

This is mail decoder for any combination of any encodings with russian -
it will decode it and say what happened to it. It is great, tried :)

Does he use netscape? Then it's simple - netscape doesn't allow to set
KOI-8 font for what is thinks is win-1251 text and such. Maybe it's wrong
MIME-header or the *(&#*&$ <META> charset tag.
