I'm sorry Eli, but I must disagree.
The only reason people SPAM is because there will always be people who
will
use the SPAMMer's services or buy her goods.
The only way to combat this tactic is by making sure that the more
enlightened people
will refuse to use SPAMer's services or buy their goods so that the
damage from
SPAMing will be greater then the benefit.
The fact that their service doesn't cost nothing to the users is
irrelevant.
Their SPAM costs enough.

They didn't bother to reply to my email, and I was VERY polite.
As I have pointed in my email to them their ISP doesn't permit SPAM as
is evident from their AUP
(http://www.exodus.net/corp/about/antispam.html ). This means that the
next time they SPAM someone with a shorter a fuse then I their ISP just
might shut them down - not a good idea to base a web forum at such a
location I believe.

Sadly, I don't have a better offer (until you do you're thing ;-) but
you wouldn't see me in their forums,
and I believe the same is true for many other webmaster@ receivers.

Do life,
Gilad.
