I've been running hamm, upgraded to slink (the current 'frozen' version)
and currently consider downgrading back to hamm because two of the most
important programs to me - matlab and netscape - malfunction under slink.
Anyway, this batch selection mode is indeed *reasonable* in many
situations, but if you want some more control over what you install
dselect becomes an unbarable nuisance.
