Thank you for your frank and clear answer.

Can you release programming information about the card, so that
some volunteer from the Linux community can develop a Linux
driver for the card free of R&D cost to you?

Otherwise, I'll be forced to discard your card and warn people not
to recommend or buy your SC100-P card if they plan to use Linux
in the future.

However SC100P is passive design ISDN card, it is dependent on OS very
much.
I'm sorry we could not offer you linux driver now.
