I recall once asking at the Dizengoff Center Bug Store how I could see
the licence agreement without tearing the plastic wrapper around the
box with M$ software - they couldn't answer that.

but it is mostly about getting a refund for preinstalled Windows. Note
there is going to be a "Windows Refund Day" on Feb 15, according to
this publication. I haven't got any M$ software at all, so I didn't
bother to investigate...
