there is.
you can do it either with LILO (free comes with linux) loader or with the
NT loader (if you want windows NT)

there is a howto on the that.

anyway assumeing you install redhat Linux , during the fdisk part of
installation  you have to toggle all partition you want to boot from as
bootable , and during the lilo part of the installation you give a name to
each partition...
(a cosmetical bug found in red installation- you toggle the default boot
partition by pressing F2 but this isn't seen anywhere that i have noticed
(maybe it does written somewhere but not in obvious postion))
