The part I like most is:

10:45am - Reboot because the System log was full

Really fscking good cause to reboot production server.

and:

10:47am - Some services failed after reboot

which means in many cases that sysadmin has to take his car and drive for
a hour/two to press one "OK" button. Now imagine this happening after
previous one at 9pm Friday.

This one:

6:00pm - Morning crash dump due to known bug

is a good one too. They *know* about deadly bug, but what they do? The log
it for public exposure. Fixes? What fixes? Who needs fixes? All fixes will
be in Windows 2002, that's commercial company, they need money for living!

I can only hope the causes are really what they state and not like
"Someone compromised our system and we don't know how, so let's turn it
off, clean up, and pretend it was electrical problem at the router"
scenario.
