Network problem

Hi,

I have a linux host connected to my network.
Every once in a while the pour pc fails and has to be restarted.
When I type ifconfig I get this :

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1 Bcast:127.255.255.255 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP BROADCAST LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:3584 Metric:1
          RX packets:447 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:447 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:10:4B:7A:D7:45
          inet addr:132.67.128.193 Bcast:132.67.255.255 Mask:255.255.0.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:2863651 errors:23638 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:35468
          TX packets:1630352 errors:69 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:205022
          Interrupt:11 Base address:0xa800

Notice the humangous number of collisions and errors.
What does that mean ?
Is this some sort of conflicting definitions on the network or is it a
result of the network beeing over worked ?

Please reply to the senders address for I am not subscribed to the list.

Thanx,
Ram.
