in the last month they have started looking for a training strategy for
their people here in the US (at least the Silicon Valley support center,
with was both home for Compaq and DEC HQ before, so I guess things are
moving towards that goal. Their support guy for oue company calls me
sometimes for advice and hardware support to learn more for self
knowledge, he's doing beyond the call for his clients himself (i.e. trying
really to give maximum support to Linux, even proactively, although it's
not company policy YET.)
