Actcom gives such a service - it called a SMTP service, you get static IP,
when you connect mail server pushes all the mail to your local SMTP
server. All the mail holded on the ISP's server. Other option(chaper I
think) is to setup one pop account and to send all the domains mail there
(service named private address) and then to get it with ftechmail and then
to sort it locally.
