can this be true?
a rumor and legal stuff i heard.
please do verify....
apparently if you don't tear the packing around a Windowz CD (95/98/NT)
and therefor dont agree to the license condition microsoft have to return
you the money for the CD (or they can agree you use it without agreeing to
the license condition :))
this sound like fun way to bypass the microsoft tex. (i for one still has
unopened (And uninstalled) win98 CD)
if this is true i wander if there is some group or firm that specialize in
getting money back from microsoft for unopened OS cd's (i wouldnt even
mind paying some interest costs , afterall , this CD just sit unused on
the shelf)
