You can do load balancing with static routes, by using the same settings
for the route (weight, and so on).

Barak should be able to do the same for you on their side, by using two
similar static routes.

I don't really know why they want you to run an IGP (eigrp for instance)
when you are an outside client, and thus should be running an EGP to them
(BGP4), using a private AS number or such.
