strange . it should . try running Xconfigurator from 'setup' . (on my
system Xconfigurator doesnt' exist, so I cant test it myself. I use only
XF86Setup)

why do u issue '-print' to 'find' ? 
XF86Setup is part of the XFree86 packages, and it has it's own rpm, but I
don't remember the name of it (I installed from tgz's :-) but if it's not
installed on your system, and you want to install it, you also need to
install the XVG16 package which XF86Setup depends on. 
BTW - XF86Setup comes in XFree86  3.3.2 or later - what version do you
have ?
