You are, at least in my humble opinion. I cannot distinguish between
"private people" (what does it mean?) and a commercial company, as
long as both charge money. Nobody is private when he charges money.
If you insist on calling him "private", than you must call Gravity
"private" too. If you ask me: If we have such a list, we must host
everybody there, in the same terms. The only limitations which are
acceptable:
1. The published details must be true (don't publish: "I am the
consultant who will improve the performance of your Linux by million
percents!").
2. The published details should not hurt anybody else.
3. The published details should not hurt Linux ("we support not only
Linux, but also professional operating systems") or Linux-IL.
P.S. I don't know Gravity, and your mail was the first time I saw
their name.
