Yes, ofcourse you can.

However, keep an "emergency" disk handy, since Windows 95/98 got this
habbit to erase the master boot block (which can be restored if you'll
boot from the emergency disk and re-run LILO)

However, bare in mind that if you'll install Windows NT, the installation
seems to like the first partition.
