It's all an M$ Plot!

I find it really to convienient that this announcement comes just as M$
is beginning to call witnesses for it's side of the antitrust trial.
Compaq will do whatever M$ tells them to do. They told them to start
bundling linux (they can stop shipping and supporting it in three or four
months and announce 'it was a terrible mistake, linux isn't ready for the
desktop. three cheers for microsoft and windows 9X'... but in the meantime
M$ can claim in court that bad old Linux is eating M$'s lunch.

My advice... don't buy Compaq. Haha, actually that would have been my
advice before this announcement too. There are lots of good machines out
there that are better and cheaper than Compaq.
