sendmail problem: Relaying denied for

Hi List!

After about a month of being able to send mail, my mail is once again being refused by my mail server. It seems that my mail server is a moving target...

This is what I get in response when I send email:

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
linux-il-request@cs.huji.ac.il

----- Transcript of session follows -----
.. while talking to mm.mailbank.com.:

checking mail (logging in) with POP or IMAP first.

My setup includes:
RH5.2 with sendmail 8.9.1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I would like info about installing/using a replacement for sendmail. I have seen many discussions of possible replacements, but they usually don't seem relevant to my system, which is a single user home PC.

Any info or pointers on that issue would also be great.

	TIA,
