3COM 100BASE-TX

I have a 3C905B on a 2.0.36 debian box, but I can't get it to run at 100,
it'll only run at 10.

Under "Network Device" in the kernel I've configured:
[*] Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit)
[*] 3COM ISA, EISA and PCI cards
<*> 3c590/3c900 series (592/595/597/900/905) "Vortex/Boomerang" suppo

And during boot I get the following:
eth0: 3Com 3c905B Cyclone 100baseTx at 0xd000, 00:10:5a:e1:9e:33, IRQ 10
  8K byte-wide RAM 5:3 Rx:Tx split, autoselect/NWay Autonegotiation
interface. Enabling bus-master transmits and whole-frame receives.

No 3Com Vortex/Boomerang cards found.

Any idea??
