oy... you are missing something pretty basic in Linux. Microsoft has
poisoned your mind, but we are here to help you! :-)

it has nothing to do with the legality of "stealing a piece of
software" from SuSE and putting it on a RedHat system because once you
buy or get a piece of software (even windows or AI/X), there is nothing
the vendor can do about what you do with it, and what you use it
for. even MORE so in the Free Software business, where most parts are
distributed free of charge and even with the source. there is ofcourse a
very slight chance that CHOS is closed source and commercial with a
restrictive license, but since SuSE gives it for free I don't think it
is. a quick search for a page about CHOS will show you that.

ok, I did the search, CHOS is indeed GPL, so download it, play with the
source if you want, compile it, and go conquere the world!
