Your sound blaster is using IRQ which is being "caught" by the PCI bug &
Voodoo 3 (from IRQ 9 to 11 I think)
As much as I remember (and anyone can correct me on that) the BIOS grabs
IRQ for each PCI slot.
It's not using the IRQ unless the card needs it - and if I recall
correctly, Voodoo 3000 does.
What I can suggest to you is to set up your Sound Blaster to a different
IRQ & different DMA channel.
Mine for example: IRQ 5, DMA low 1, DMA high 5.
IRQ 5 is not being taken by PCI.
