I respect your eforts, but I think you've overdone this a bit. Buying
many CDs in a batch is different, but buying a sinle CD is much
simpler than you put it. You don't need any international card (I've
been using my most simple Visa for ordering from Cheapbytes and the
likes for years), and all you have to do is visit their website and
fill in the number & other details. A week later an envelope with the
CD appears right in your mailbox.
I'm aware that importing large quantities is much more complicated,
but don't make other things look what they are not.
