I remember from my (dark) days of tinkering with sendmail.cf that I was
finally unable to make the per-mailer recipient and envelope rewriting
work, ever. I did everything the book said, plus some more 'panic mode'
hacks and never did the monster consider the specific rewriting rulesets
indicated in the mailer definitions (which I had added). Then I switched
to postfix, which can do that and more ;)
