You should have created it yourself, during the installation. I don't
know where, since I don't know caldera, but it must have let you create one.

'liso'? You probably mean 'lilo' or 'lisa'.
Anyway, if you get (when booting from the floppy) a 'lilo boot:' prompt
(you might have to press some key to get the prompt, try shift or space),
than you can write
linux root=/dev/hda5
and it should work. Maybe not 'linux' - press TAB to see the options.

Alternatively, you can boot with loadlin - a DOS program, probably
available on the caldera CD. You will also need a kernel from the CD.
at the dos prompt, do
loadlin <kernel file name> root=/dev/hda5
