Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is theoritically
impossible. You can never have a 128Kbps link on any *single* route.
What I mean: if you want to download your kernel at 128Kbps,
you can't. You *could* download your kernel at 64Kbps, and in
the same time download the new XFree86 server with *another* 64Kbps.
You see, each of your interfaces, if using two accounts, will have
a different IP. If you use load-balancing (EQL), you could utilize them
in the best way possible. However, it is impossible for the two interfaces
to point to the same IP - so when connecting anywhere, you will have
to use one of the two for the connections. Hence - only 64Kbps.
