The rumor is that RedHat 6.1 will be out on monday, hopefully this is
true.
It should have quite a lot of changes, such as graphic installation
(a-la-cladera).
As for gnome,
Gnome 1.0.40 and 50pre are availible as rpms from ftp.gurulabs.com,
I downloaded it last night, and i have to say it's really cool.
It looks more polished, and comes with some more apps.
Two things I noticed that are gdm2, which has support for remote X
logins, and is the first 2.x for gnome,
and Glade which is really really cool, it's a gtk/gnome object builder,
something similar to visual basic.
I really recommend it.
As for hebrew support,
it should be availible on gtk 1.3, which will be used in gnome 2.0.

I thought ha'aretz had done it already with iol.

I'm participating in the cable experiment done by matav.
I think it will be availible as a customer service in a few months.
The bandwidth is quite good (25kbp/s) except for peak hours when they
lose most of my packets.
Their sysadmin told me they're using NT, so i gave him redhat linux. :-)
Cheers,
Yoni.
