When did you mail them.  At least as recently as a month ago a new release of Xfree86
came out (Was this 3.3.1?).  That is how I received support for my Trident ? AGP type
card.

Never trust a salesperson...their to eager to sell you the product.  Always ask a
tech person, and then if there is anyway to double check them do so.  I am not saying
all sales people lie, they just tend to know too little about the products they are
selling, and have far too much incentive to move product.  Anyway, I have been burned
multiple times by asking a sales person (at other companies) questions like "will it
doe this?  Does it support this?"  Its always a recipe for disaster; this is what
pre-sales technical support is for...and if they don't offer it its a good time to go
somewhere else.
