mSQL is small, with easy-to-learn SQL commands. MySQL is quite fast and
have more commands. I don't know about PostreSQL, should be reliable and
you can take a look at its home page to a nice compare.
I myself is working with mSQL (I can use C, Perl or PHP3 with it) for the
Technion's undergraduated site (http://www.anamu.technion.ac.il) without
problems.
