That's a nice thought, but at least at TAU (the only academic inst. I
know) the instructors don't give a **** about the "outer world", their
students or  projects that can contribute to the public. All they are
interested at is their researches, and (at least at TAU) they don't
include Hebrew. 

I'm willing to talk with some of the professors that might take such a
task but the odds are not good. Another problem is that most of the
students are not capable of doing it, and the ones who are don't have the
time (And since we want the result to be a high quality one, that is being
supported all the time (and not a project that was started and forgot) the
academy isn't the place.).

Bottom line: If we don't do it ourselves, nobody will do it for us.  (The
problem is, as you stated before, that all the people that are capable of
doing it already have other things to do...)
