on black - that's evil. I say nothing about design - there's no design,
only pile of html tags, but at least they could make it readable...

As for 1252 - I think their Frontpage (or Communicator) inserted this and
they didn't know what it is so they didn't touch it (at least 1% of a
clue, though misused). They ripped out META generator tags, but it's like
taking out "Garbage Waste" sign from grabage waste site - still nobody
will think it's rose garden. And with fonts and symbols - I've found
excellent way to combat it - I just wonder why I didn't do it before -
just turn off "Use document-specified fonts" in preferences. No page I
visit breaks because of that, and now I'm not in the power of "font face"
maniacs.
