I'm not sure I'd speak either of them, if you'd call me without me asking
you to do so. ;)) And if you'd wake me up (I sleep irregular hours, so you
always have a chance), I'd possibly speak Russian, and very special kind
of it ;))
Being serious, speach is one matter and written communication is another.
I speak Hebrew much better than English, but write/read English much
better than Hebrew.

If you did learn history, you should know that feudalism was changed when
it stopped to answer society's needs due to technical progress,
industrialisation, specialisation needed for industrial work, etc., etc.
Contact your local history guru, I'm not an expert here.

If Jesus did speak English, then maybe he'd have a point. Because then at
least we would speak English also, naturally ;) And I think that children
of that politican should not be given second language courses - so that
when they come to their father and ask "why all other people think we are
dumb" he'd know who is to blame. And yes, you should learn second language
(English for you) if you want to work with computers.
