hellow Avishay, 
I have the same exact card, isp as you.
works perfectly. 
however it is now the end of semester, and I don't have time
right now.
so if you don't solve your problems till mid June, email me
and you will get more extensive support (I have to rememer what
exactly I did, etc.).
generally, goto the www.linux.org, there sould be links to 
relevant pages.
also, did you consider using KISDN (if you use KDE)?
try it, does some of the work for you.
sorry that's all I can do right now...
btw you do have to use Hisax.
