Today, Jonathan Ben-Avraham blurbed:

for the sake of argument: it's not exactly tradition, more like part of
the Israeli/Jewish culture of the majority of the subscribers (two
Jews=three oppinions, /etc)

newbies used to be threatend with flogging with a differential SCSI
cable in the official FAQ. We Had a healthy argument about it, now that
paragraph is gone. arguments and wars are the main catalyst to human
culture and technology developments, you cannot deny us the arguments!

now back to our regular scheduled head butting.
