Adding ISDN support to linux

Hello,

While trying to compile the isdn4k-utils-3.0beta2 kit, I get the following
error message on the isdnctrl directory:

isdnctrl.c:460: warning: #warning ISDN_NET_DM_OFF not defined? Old
isdn4kernel?
isdnctrl.c: In function `listif':
isdnctrl.c:414: structure has no member named `dialmode'
make[1]: *** [isdnctrl.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/gal/isdn4k-utils-3.0beta2/isdnctrl'
make: *** [subtargets] Error 2

I'm working with RH5.2 with kernel 2.0.36 and I didn't find any definition
of the ISDN_NET_DM_OFF constant in any source code that I have (including
the lastest isdn4linux patch, which I think I don't need).

Help?
