Re: Linux on a laptop
Hi, i have installed RH 5.2 on an Armada 1700, it was fairly trivial,
except that the pcmcia ethernet interface did not work, despite the fact
that the documentation indicated that our card was supported (intel ether
pro 10/100) well, i think the problem was in the set up files that come
with this package in RH, but i only needed to recompile the latest pcmcia
package (and removing RHadt's pcmcia), and now the card works both with
ethernet and modem!
