I found a way to solve the problem -
use microsoft's quickres,
then,
while windows is running under vmware,
just change the resolution (let's say from 640*480 to 800*600),
then, it'll be fine (no matter if u'll change it back).
the problem is,
that u have to do so after every booting :-(.
btw, the problem is in the DRIVER.
i think that u should add this thing into the report,
looks like the problem is that windows first loading the charset of hebrew,
then VMWARE driver is loading another charset,
and when u changing resolution, it reloads the charset,
but i'm NOT sure this is the problem.
