Re: Apache/1.3.3 (Red Hat/Linux)



Its not in the root crontab and i dont have others so i checked little deeper
and foound under /etc/logrotate.d file name apache

[root@www logrotate.d]# cat apache
/var/log/httpd/access_log {
    postrotate
        /usr/bin/killall -HUP httpd
    endscript
}

I rejoined the access file and ran "killall -HUP httpd" and it didnt split
it.
Strange :-(
