about 1.5 years back, it was distributed by "binat software" for about
600$ (or maybe 550$). we checked out pexus, netmanage's xdeep32 and
exceed. the only one that was worth buying was exceed, and it works rather
well, except for situations in which it needs to redraw an application
that does heavy bitmap rendering.  it's frustrating to see that i couldn't
find any X server for win32 that works as well as xfree on linux does...
yet, if someone would ask me what X server to get for win32, i'd say
exceed. ofcourse, (almost) no one asked me that question yet...
