In Windows, do all the clicks and drags and drops or whatever else you
need to copy the files to the floppy. In Linux, there are several
solutions, as usual. The simplest, IMHO, is mtools. Install it, if you
didn't get it with your distribution, and use mcopy. Otherwise, you
can mount the floppy and use the usual shell cp. In either case, you
might consider running dos2unix or something similar after
transfer. Of course, I suppose you know that if your Windows is on the
same computer as linux, you don't need the floppy at all, since Linux
can see the Windows filesystem.
