Correct.  I owe you nothing.  I support this list because Ariel
set it up here, because I learn things when playing with the
list, because I, being a BSD junkie, want to support Linux.
Still, some people thought that these things I do are not
improvements, and it's arguable.

I don't think know why you feel so bad about what Guy wrote.  I
do feel bad about some other people who were rude in their
postings (although several years on the Net make your skin
bulletproof), but Guy was truly OK.  In his case, it was
disagreement, not rudeness.
