I also agree that the "rules" must be clear. I suggest the following
rules:

1. Any job offer must have ANY connection to Linux. I would "accept"
   (sorry for this word; after all I'm not the "manager" of this
   list, but I couldn't find a better word) even a minimal reference
   to Linux, like "UNIX/Linux knowledge is required". Otherwise, it
   will be impossible to judge what is off-topic and what isn't.

2. The job must be either in Israel, or has very specific relations
   to Israel. I don't think that a need for Israelies to work in the
   valley is enough; On the other hand, if the need for Israelies is
   caused not because of their brain (kidding, kidding) but because
   of more serious skills (like Hebrew knowledge), I would accept
   it.

But it is only my own humble opinion...
