When I have played with such ideas, I have come to the conclusion, that
the GPL has nothing at all against selling GPL based products. The trick
is, that ONLY GPLd products must have public source, and that they are, if
you use a plain stock Linux distribution as base for your product. The
scripts you write to glue it together, data flow arrangements, etc, are
YOURS and you may well apply a Copyright of your own to them. Anybody
challenge you to show him the open source, you give a Cheapbytes CDROM
with the sources of what you used as base. As to how you did it ? Sorry,
please abide by my copyright, just as I abide by yours.
