I'm still working at ISDN Net, and I can lock your account in 1 second!.
I understand that you are using Windows and you probably have been
infected.
You're saying no harm was done. But what happends when someone who don't
know anything about windows getting your email? (all those who pretend to
know Linux while they don't know what is Control-Panel), then what?
they'll spread this virus over and over! so it is harm!
If you preffer to stick to windows (lame decision), then have an Anti
Virus installed there.
