Oh, that explains it. Normally, when a Linux system is rebooted 4 to
10 times a year, or at most  to 10 times a month :-), it happens much
more rarely so it's acceptable. In your case I'd suggest going Vadim's 
way and use tune2fs to increase the default five-fold or so.
