Moreover, I imagine how much work is to bring hebrew localization to any
program. Usual gettext/catman/locale things won't work, I fear - or the
result would be awful. I have yet to see one clean implementation of
Hebrew localisation (win9x is *evil*, basic principle of it's localistaion
is "whatever isn't ACSII7 - it's hebrew" - which cripples other languages
very badly).

I seriously doubt that these people need Linux now or will need it in
a near future, at least in this list's depth.

This is typical and unavoidable lack of thought on the sender's side -
he thinks that everyone use his mailer and his linewidth, ignoring
accepted standards altogether.
