Read the article titled "Beware of the Trojan Horse" on SecuriTeam's web site

or go to the source, and read CERT's advisory
(http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-99-02-Trojan-Horses.html) on the basic
rules that will keep those trojans out of your networks. Of course there's no
foolproof way besides writing your own code.
