Re: Anrti-Linux survey you might want to know about
Hi,
This is not Anti-Linux per-se, but it is definitly biased.
It asks questions like:
'How important are these perceived Linux drawbacks?' and then lists things like:
'Not Mission Critical yet', 'Open Software', 'Different distributions/GUI's'
with
the only options being 'V. important, Important, Of less importance'.
I don't see anything listing 'This is an advantage, not a drawback'.
'Not Mission Critical yet'?? From where I am standing, NT is the
OS which is not mission critical yet. Mission critical = 99.99% uptime. Heck,
even NT so-called clusters (phase 1?) are not mission critical.
There is just no 'right' way to answer such a survey. Either way,
you lose.
