1. There are i18n forums in the Mozilla organizations, they also work
   on Hebrew support.  I suppose they would be interested in such stuff
   (I signed off the forum months ago, dunno its status now).

2. Have you seen the Arabic Linux site (http://www.linux4arab.com)?
   I can't read anything there but maybe we can cooperate?
