There is nothing heavy about BGP4, in this scenario, nor would he need
more than just a pee wee router.
ac.il used to have a 2500 series router running a 2Mbit link to IBM.
I wouldn't call a 2500 router a high powered router, and I bet you
wouldn't either.
I am not saying he should run BGP, I am just for running IGPs inside
organizations, and EGPs in between entities. BGP can be a bit of an
overkill (network design wise and maintenance wise - since it requires
people with some knowledge to take care of it, and Barak are quite
clueless) for this situation.
