My 2c:
BGP4 can easily be too heavy for your router (you don't have
cisci 7500 with 128Mb, are you ? :-) 
Static route with same weights on both sides of WAN 
would do the work - just round-robin packets.
BTW There is very nice book about all that kind of staff
O'Raily's "Managing IP networks with Cisco routers" .
