I think it could be done using system filters of exim, but we're
now migrating away from Majordomo, and Listar doesn't have this
hole.

How do you say "Modulator" and "Demodulator"?

I lost (deleted) the original message, so I'll reply here.
Have you ever studied music? As an example I will use Classical
music, not Jazz or Rock. Or have you had friends who studied
Classical Music? Do you remember the terminology used? Legato,
Staccato, Crescendo, Diminuendo, Major, Minor, Andante, Moderato,
Fortissimo, Mezzo piano... Do you want me to continue?
Everything is in Italian. Everything. Every little word. Now,
with Jazz and Rock, English starts to find its way into music,
but even Jazz notes have a lot of Italian terms. Mind you, an
average Dutch can understand the concept of Staccato, but he
still uses the Italian word for it.
Same about Balet, but, given I studied music, not balet, I can't
give you examples. Still, the terminology used there is French.
Now, computers. They evolved in English-speaking parts of world
(or, to be precise, American-speaking, which makes a big
difference, but it's beyond the scope of this mail). Suddenly,
AcademYA (no, not acaDEmiya, but academYA) le-Lashon ha-Ivri (The
Hebrew Language Academy, for those who don't speak the Holy
Language) decided that Computer is Mahshev, and Upgrade is
Shidrug (no word for Downgrade, AFAIK). If the Hebrew
translation of those terms is needed, the computer people will
translate it, and the language will evolve naturally. The
AcademYA should open its mind (if it has one) and understand the
principle of the language evolution. Many languages managed to
survive without any Academy, so why Hebrew can't?
Vadik.
