That's after they mantion locales (one's called iw_IL, anyone can check it
with single command) and ISO 639. Well, well...

On the second side, their locale, as I see, isn't using ISO-8859-8, but
seems to use UTF-8 (at least, their gibberish looks like it). Beware for
those who has no UTF-* support or doesn't know how to turn it on... At
least, my Netscape didn't display Hebrew, Armenian and Georgian in UTF
mode. It did display all cyrillics (but not cyrillic diacritics,
somehow) and chineese, though. This means we have no descxent UTF-8
support in netscape still (or no font?)
Russian locale isn't KOI either. I fear they are trying to outsmart
themselves and run in front of the train.
