Sendmail as a backup MX

Hello list.

my last question got no answer, and while I still don't know how to do
what I want, after a little digging around, I think I know how to rephrase
my question better :-) so here goes :

I want my sendmail to be a backup MX to a subdomain (my sendmail is
is primary MX for betalfa.org.il and i want it to also quoue mail for
bat.betalfa.org.il).
the MTA that should get the mail for bat.betalfa.org.il is an M$-Exchange
server which connects to the internet using dial-up and dynamic IP.
the DNS is being run on the same machine as the main mail server
(actually - most services are on the same box :-) .

Can someone please tell me how do I need to setup my DNS and sendmail so
that all mail sent to bat.betalfa.org.il will be quoued on betalfa.org.il
and sent to the Exchange server whenever it connects and sends an ETRN to
sendmail ?

TIA

Oded
