A basic rpm -ivh skill and a couple of "README reading" skills - to define
proper permissions (I'm not sure if rpm script will do it for you).

OTOH, I'm not sure you need SQL database for this - if you need just grade
"put in - get from", you would be fine with DBM and Perl's DB_File.
