Stan, the answer is correct, BUT, the guy, in his own words, has: "removed
Linux and formatted its partition". Thus, he doesn't have lilo, or Linux,
so he cannot fix the MBR this way.

So, the right answer for this case is this:

boot the machine in Windows. Run:

fdisk /mbr

reboot.
