usually it's sendmail writing to the mail spool queue. chk for
sendmail running processes. if you see lots of them. kill the sendmail 
process. (stopsrc -ssendmail)
chk the mails in the spool, maybe a bad sendmail.cf that cause
it to run in a loop.
