If you mean Linus, he was very stronlgy against binary modules. He said
this number of times on linux-kernel, when binary-modules makers
complained about having to rebuild because of incompatible kernel changes.

This may lead to another problem - if you install binary modules of MOSIX
in your mission-critical environment, and kernel upgrades and makes
modules no to work - you are stuck in very unpleasant situation. In the
best case you are waiting for the vendor to provide new binary module, in
the worst - you have real problem.
