Re: [OT]- ISDN ADAPTERS

Hi,

>From my experience as an ex-employer in ISDN Net, I can guess that your
nameless card can be 2 things:

If it's an ISA card - it's probably an ASUSCOM card manufactured in
Taiwan without brand names. You can use the Asuscom driver (but you'll
need to setup the plug and play with the isapnp utility)

If it's a PCI card - it's probably a TigerJet 300 based card. Some of
the models were supported in Linux (I don't remember which driver,
anyone here knows?), and some of them are not (revision of chip caused
conflictions in drivers).

Meanwhile, I suggest for you to download:

1. isdn drivers from ftp.suse.com ..
2. ISDN4KUtils - from the same ftp site...

If you're using KDE, then I mostly recommend using KIsdn - the freeware
version (but it won't give you channel bundling - this feature costs
20$).
