That's not so simple. I take my earlier words back. It seems like
Linus allows binary modules only if they don't require modification to 
the kernel (which the MOSIX module does). It's not clear how he could
have placed it, but nevertheless it's an issue. See the discussion on
Slashdot.

So it's not really clear whether MOSIX are all right or not.
