This is usually, a motherboard issue. On most motherboards I've seen, it
was not possible. Note, that if you don't use any USB device, there is
no problem in assigning the same IRQ to an isa card. If you have PCI
isdn card, then even if it shares the IRQ with other PCI card(s), all
should work, and it is a bug in the driver, otherwise.
