<self-plug>
Using Perl module Lingua::IW::Logical, written by (wonder!) me, you can do
it. The module renders logical hebrew strings into visual representation.
</self-plug>

You can install this using perl -MCPAN -eshell, then "install
Lingua::IW::Logical", then use code from examples (note - current CPAN
version might have wrong docs, it should read "use Lingua::IW::Logical",
not "use Hebrew".

The module implements closest match to Unicode book I could manage.
Converts Word-derived texts with 90% success. It doesn't emulate some
Windows BiDi bugs, though.

There should be also C libraries and programs to do this, but I don't
remember them. Search list archives - there should be pointers.
