You are right. This is a feature / bug of PINE 4.05_heb2.07, which I
will fix / work around for the next hebrew messages.

There is Hebrew pine.
I write excercises, exams in hebrew in linux.

If you live in israel, your hebrew will probably improve in a few
years. And there are lists in many languages (including many
international ones in english), so why should an israeli list be in
english as well?

There is also Documentation in deutch, espanol, francois, and many
other languages. About computer terms, they can be either translated,
transliterated, or be written in english.
