Hi,

Here are some answers I got from VMWare regarding issues I think that concerns
the Linux-IL community.

Linux - The STABLE and FUN way to operate

Dear Hetz,

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have forwarded your points about
Hebrew/Arabic keyboards and co-existing shipping and experimental version to
our engineering staff.

The NT dates have indeed been pushed a little. We do not feel that the
product is ready yet for public beta. We are working hard on the product and
hope to have the public beta ready by early July. Please bare with us as we
really want to bring you a high quality product.

The experimental version is reserved for existing customers. Once we get
closer to the release of the next VMware for Linux, we will have another
public beta open to all users.

All users are welcome to report problems at
http://www.vmware.com/forms/report.cfm. Because of resources constraints, we
cannot guarantee a personal response to all but rest assured that someone
does review all reports that are filed. As we grow and ramp up, we hope to
be able to respond to all.

Again, I appreciate your interest in VMware and thank you very much for your
feedback. Please do not hesitate to email me if you have any other questions
or concerns.

Sincerely,

Reza Malekzadeh
VMware, Inc.
