I use an X truetype font server (xfsft, but there are others - this one I
think is the most hassle free to install and maintain), and use WebFonts
(I like GlobesMCL, it's the least ugly - WebHebrewAd is disgusting).
setting the xfsft to also supply the iso-8859-8 encoding might allow you
to use normal windows hebrew fonts, I haven't experimented with it much.
