7th SLSP Workshop

The 7th SLSP meeting will be held in Gran Canaria, Spain, from September 30 to October 4, 2024. It is organized by University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Venue & Registration

The meeting will be held in the Parador Nacional Cruz de Tejeda hotel. The accommodation is €136 per day and includes half board (breakfast and lunch) during the workshop. To book, email the hotel (cruztejeda at parador.es) with the subject "SLSP7 - accommodation". The price is guaranteed for bookings made until July 1 and is valid for dates between Sunday, September 29, and Friday, October 4. For people who would like to book extra nights, please ask the hotel. Bookings can be canceled without charge until August 29.
 
There is a registration fee of €250. To register, simply fill out the online form.
 
As always, a necessary condition for participation is to submit at least one calculated case.

Financial support

A limited number of grants will be provided by the IAEA to partially cover travel expenses for participants from the countries eligible for such support. To apply please submit the following information to Ricardo Florido (email ricardo.florido at ulpgc.es): name, affiliation/institution, country, phone, fax, and email. In addition, the applicant must be a member of a team submitting at least one case.
